Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen! When I got through to the manager after several attempts, I got an appointment right away. The doctor was very nice and competent! I have been very satisfied!

Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. Ale sehr lieb. Very very nice employee. Although I was very afraid of the dentist, but a very nice woman Dr explained everything to me and reassured me. Diese Woche am Donnerstag war ich wieder zur Kontrolle nach einer Wurzelbehandlung und Frau Dr. Bettina Lantzberg Kunze hat mich so toll betreut das ich einfach ein Großes Lob aussprechen muss. Sie ist eine tolle, verständnisvolle und homorvolle Zahnärztin zu der ich immer wieder gerne gehe. Danke Fr Dr Lantzberg Kunze für die sehr tolle Betreuung. I have been in this outpatient dental clinic (braces) since I was a child and I was always very afraid of going to the dentist. This week on Thursday I was back for a check-up after a root canal treatment and Dr. Bettina Lantzberg Kunze looked after me so well that I just have to give her big compliments. She is a great, understanding and humorous dentist who I always enjoy going to. Thank you Fr Dr Lantzberg Kunze for the very good care.
T	Tischi Mischi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe leider wegen eines Zahnes viele Besuche in der Zahnambulanz hinter mir und kann nur sagen die Ärzte und Assistenz sind hervorragend. (vor allem Dr. Riha) Allerdings ist die Dame die das Kieferröntgen macht eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mehrmals mir bekommen wie sie Patienten angeschrien hat, weil Patienten sie entweder nicht verstehen, oder es ihr zu langsam geht. Sie hat so laut geschrien dass ich es durch die Tür verstehen konnte. Vor allem wenn man mit Schmerzen kommt, verstört einen so ein Umgang noch mehr. Ich habe vollstes Verständnis dafür dass es nicht einfach ist mit vielen Patienten unter Stress und Zeitdruck zurecht zu kommen aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich verstehe nicht warum solche Personen auf Patienten los gelassen werden. Unfortunately, I have had many visits to the dental clinic because of a tooth and I can only say that the doctors and assistants are excellent. (especially Dr. Riha) However, the lady who does the jaw X-ray is a disaster. I caught myself yelling at patients several times because patients either don't understand her or she's going too slow. She screamed so loud that I could hear it through the door. Especially when you come with pain, such contact disturbs you even more. I fully understand that it is not easy to deal with many patients under stress and time pressure, but I have never experienced anything like this. I don't understand why such people are let loose on patients.

Ich bin 73 Jahre alt und muss sagen, dass ich niemals in meinem Leben so eine kompetente Superkraft gesehen habe. Vielen Dank. Eine ausgezeichnete Zahnhygiene wurde mir geboten. Ms. Glaudia in dental hygiene simply fascinated me with her fine treatment and nice explanation. I am 73 years old and I must say that I have never seen such a competent superpower in my life. Thanks very much. I was offered excellent dental hygiene.
C	Cintia Turančíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very bad. I felt in very unprofessional hands. I had a wisdom teeth removal, which lasted for 2 hours. This time with complications is maybe ok, I don't know. BUT the worst thing that I was in big pain and my mouth got cracked from the insensitive treatment of the doctor. They said, they're missing some tools. I was with swollen face for 5 days. One positive comment what I can leave that the kindness of the workers was quite ok.
E	Erique's Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with that fat lady (sorry for the word) at the x-ray machine. She’s very unfriendly and raising her voice on me. It’s because I explained her my german is not that good, she told me to bring translator next time. And her face was frowning until I left the room. Even if she’s in a bad day, she should still talk to me nicely and politely. That’s how human treats us especially in her line of work. Very traumatizing experience. All the other staffs, they are okay with me. But my dentist didn’t even say anything what was the problem of my teeth. Less interaction. I hope they will respond. Anyhow, I still give them 3 stars for better service and personal care to the customers.
