An einem Feiertag hatte ich eine Zahnfleischentzündung und konnte leider nicht in die Ordination kommen. Frau Doktor konnte mir allerdings am Telefon wichtige Anweisungen geben, was vorübergehend zu tun wäre bis ich in die Ordination komme. Das war sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank! I have been a patient with Dr. Kremena Malinova and was always very satisfied. On a public holiday, I had inflammation of the gums and unfortunately couldn't go to the ordination. However, the doctor was able to give me important instructions over the phone about what to do temporarily until I get to the ordination. That was very helpful. Many Thanks!

Alles wurde genau erklärt, Fragen wurden bestens und ausführlich beantwortet, man hat sich einfach sicher gefühlt. Wartezeiten gab es so gut wie überhaupt keine, und die ganze Praxis wirkt sehr fortschrittlich und modern. Als jemand der in der Vergangenheit schon viel mit Zahnärzten zu tun hatte, gerade auch mit Spezialisten für Endodontie (also Wurzelbehandlungen...) kann ich nur sagen, daß Dr. Malinova - zumindest meiner Meinung nach - eine der absolut besten Adressen in Wien ist. Also eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Both the dentist and the entire team there took great care of us, were always full of understanding and there for us. Everything was explained in detail, questions were answered well and in detail, you just felt safe. There were hardly any waiting times, and the whole practice is very progressive and modern. As someone who has had a lot to do with dentists in the past, especially with specialists in endodontics (root canal treatments ...), I can only say that Dr. Malinova - at least in my opinion - is one of the absolute best addresses in Vienna. So a very clear recommendation!
