K	Kim H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war für eine Physiotherapie à 10 Sitzungen dort. Die Mitarbeitenden wirken grundsätzlich freundlich. Aber die Physiotherapie wirkte leider lieblos und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man sich zu oberflächlich mit meiner Symptomatik beschäftigt hat. Ich fand die Therapie leider nur wenig hilfreich. Ich habe danach eine private Physiotherapie in Anspruch genommen, die deutlich besser half, (die mir auf Dauer aber zu teuer ist). I was there for 10 physiotherapy sessions. The employees appear generally friendly. Unfortunately, the physiotherapy seemed unkind and I had the impression that my symptoms were being dealt with too superficially. Unfortunately, I found the therapy to be of little help. Afterwards I used private physiotherapy, which helped significantly better (but which is too expensive for me in the long run).

Ich hab vorgeschlagen, dass ich in der Apotheke neben an mich schnell testen lassen würde (dauert nichtmal 5 Minuten), aber sie meinten ich soll neuen Termin ausmachen, welches frühstens in 1 monat vergeben werden kann. Sie stellen Bürokratie über Menschlichkeit und nennen sich Ärzte. Einfach nur ein Witz. A joke! I was there 5 minutes before the appointment, but didn't have a test. I suggested that I get a quick test in the pharmacy next to me (doesn't even take 5 minutes), but they said I should make a new appointment, which can be given in 1 month at the earliest. They put bureaucracy above humanity and call themselves doctors. Just kidding.
M	Michaela M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche einige Stunden lang telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Es wird prinzipiell nicht abgehoben, obwohl mein Telefon ständig leutet. Ich bin dabei sehr geduldig, habe Kopfhörer an, habe inzwischen meine Wäsche gewaschen, getrocknet, gekocht, die Wäsche weggeräumt und werde nun wahrscheinlich sauber machen. Und das Telefon leutet weiter, immer, wenn es mich unterbricht, rufe ich wieder an...leider unglaublich Kundenunfreundlich. I am trying to reach someone by phone for a few hours. In principle, it will not be picked up, although my phone is always ringing. I'm very patient with this, have headphones on, have now washed, dried, cooked my laundry, put the laundry away and will probably do the cleaning now. And the phone keeps ringing, whenever it interrupts me, I call again ... unfortunately unbelievably unfriendly to the customer.

Keine Respekt zum anderen Menschen. Doctors great, friendly. But the person at counter rude, gossiping all the time.Ignore intentionally and very slowly. No respect for other people.

Aber die Personen hinter dem Schalter unmöglich: unfreundlich, tratschen die ganze Zeit mit den Kolleginnen, aber heute das schlimmste : Ich rufe an und sie weigern sich mit mir telefonisch die Termine auszumachen ( ist nur eine Fortsetzung meines Trainingsprogramms, nichts neues) weil für sie am Telefon so umständlich ist. Ich sollte vorbei kommen. Man sollte bedenken, dass die Leute die zu Therapie kommen vielleicht physikalische Beschwerden haben, in meinem Fall beiden Beinen, und ist aber auch umständlich für uns vorbei zu kommen. Heutzutage sollte es möglich sein Termine telefonisch, via Email, online etc auszumachen. Wie in der Steinzeit. Einfach enttäuscht. The doctors and some of the physiotherapists are great. But the people behind the counter impossible: unfriendly, gossiping with colleagues all the time, but the worst today: I call and they refuse to make appointments with me over the phone (it's just a continuation of my training program, nothing new) because the phone is so cumbersome for them. I should come over. One should keep in mind that the people who come for therapy may have physical complaints, in my case both legs, and it is also difficult for us to come by. Nowadays it should be possible to make appointments by phone, email, online, etc. Like in the stone age. Just disappointed.

Vor allem auch erwähnenswert: Das einzige Zentrum/Physiotherapeuten die über Kasse spezielle Therapie für CMD und Kieferprobleme anbieten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Really extremely competent diagnostics and treatment. Above all, worth mentioning: The only centre/physiotherapists who offer special therapy for CMD and jaw problems via health insurance. I'm very satisfied.
R	Romana L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich bis auf die Damen hinter dem Schalter alle sehr bemüht. Man steht an und die Damen ignorieren die Patienten... Was noch ein Problem ist, dass beim Telefon so gut wie nie wer abhebt. Wie ich sehe haben das schon mehrere Patienten gemeldet aber geändert hat sich bis dato nichts. Leere Kilometer? Actually, apart from the ladies behind the counter, everyone tries very hard. You stand in line and the ladies ignore the patients... Another problem is that the phone almost never picks up. As I can see, several patients have already reported this, but nothing has changed to date. empty kilometers?
C	Chris Cc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 've received treatment for a back pain at this place. Absolutely fantastic experienced staff who knew exactly what they were doing. Great friendly service and care. The doctor who checked me and the physio therapist who treated me were very friendly and absolutely professional. Would recommend to anyone.
