Nie erreichbar, schlechtes Service. Das es noch solche Banken gibt im 21 Jahrhundert. Nie funktioniert etwas bei der Bank. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!

Ich war am 16.3.in dieser Filiale um eine Überweisung in die USA zu veranlassen .Der Mitarbeiter erklärte mir,ohne BIC kann er diese nicht durchführen und schickte mich weg.Auf Nachfrage in den USA habe ich erfahren, daß es in den USA keine BIC Nummern gibt.Vielleicht kann man den Mitarbeiter der Überweisungen ins Ausland dahingehend informieren, damit er nächstens nicht wieder Kunden falsch informiert und wegschickt und etwas weniger herablassend mit Kunden ,die schließlich im weitesten Sinn seinen Gehalt zahlen ,umgeht.

Selbst die Telefonnummer in Google ist falsch - sagt schon viel. Anfragen zu Terminvereinbarungen kann man zwar schicken, Antwort kommt jedoch nicht - werde das Konto jetzt halt bei der Ersten eröffnen, ist geringfügig schlechter bez der Konditionen, aber dafür erreichbar.

Hochgradig unzuverlässig und inkompetente, abweisende Mitarbeiter inkl. der Service-Hotline!!! Angebliche Rückrufe binnen 24h finden NIE STATT!

I had to write a review about my husband experience with this bank because I am so mad. First of all, they change the old bank cards with out any notifications, suddenly the old card was not working and my husband could not figure out why. He is out of the country, trying to transfer his money to where he is with no luck. He got the nee card info, updated his information on the app with no luck, he called the bank maybe 6 times from the USA, costing him international minutes rate and every time he called, he got a different answer, and few days ago he woke up and the money was gone, it showed 0 and the count was closed or suspended!!!!! Like what in the world is this? Who suspend or close an account for a customer with out notification? Who gave them the right to do so, I do believe this is illegal in Austria. It should be. He called again and they promised him to let the mane get call, no one called. He called again and they said he or she would call, they called one time it was 3 am in USA and he missed it. He emailed 3 times after saying he is waiting for a call, no answer, not even to the emails. He still could not figure out what is the problem and why he can’t transfer the money any where. One person even told him they do t know why. Really? Who is suppose to know? We are still waiting, have no idea how to solve this. This bank should be reported to the government and shut down because they are liars, not trust worthy, don’t do business right. If you can’t trust their word, you should not trust your money with them. Take your money out and run. It looks like we will have to get a lawyer to get them to do their work. Just unreal. If there was less than one star rating, I would give it to them. Shame on you.
