M	Marina Meissl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die erste Mitarbeiterin hat mich höflich begrüßt und als ich Ihr sagte wo ich hin möchte, hat sie mich zu einer falschen Abteilung geschickt (sollte normal wissen wo ich dann hin gehöre). Als ich dann in der richtigen Abteilung war, ging die Verarbeitung sehr höflich und rasch! Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U3, usw. ....) ist diese Stelle ideal erreichbar. The first employee greeted me politely and when I told her where I wanted to go, she sent me to the wrong department (should normally know where I belong then). When I was in the right department, the processing was very polite and quick! This point is ideally accessible by public transport (U3, etc. ...).

This would have been 5 stars but the lack of elevator for the first stairs is a big minus. EDIT: Answering to your kind reply. The mechanism at the ground floor is only operated (we have been told) for people in wheelchairs. My wife visited with a stroller and, no-one being around to help her at the time, she had to leave. If it was an urgent matter she would have waited for someone. Just pointing out that maybe even just a ramp would improve the situation a bit more.
