Leider würde ein Jahr lang ein Loch nicht erkannt, dass zu einer dauerhaften Zahnfleischentzündung geführt hat. Mir wurde nur wiederholt eine Mundspülung verschrieben. Bin jetzt bei einem anderen Zahnarzt, der dies bei der ersten Behandlung feststellen und behandeln konnte. The general conditions fit: friendly staff, nice practice. Unfortunately, for a year, a hole would not be recognized that would lead to permanent gingivitis. I was only prescribed mouthwash repeatedly. I am now with another dentist who was able to determine and treat this during the first treatment.

Ich war gerade dort und wurde von Dr. Philipp Jahn, MSc. behandelt und kann nur sagen, dass von der Terminvergabe, der freundlichen Empfangsdame, der kurzen Wartezeit und der tollen Behandlung her, alles perfekt war. Dr. Jahn hat mich über jeden Schritt aufgeklärt und alle meine Fragen beantwortet und mir ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt, obwohl mir zu Beginn eher mulmig zumute war. Ein großes Dankeschön an das ganze Team, das ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann! The ordination of Dr. Jahn was recommended to me by a friend. I was just there and was greeted by Dr. Philipp Jahn, MSc. treated and can only say that everything was perfect from the appointment, the friendly receptionist, the short waiting time and the great treatment. Dr. Jahn explained to me every step and answered all of my questions and gave me a very pleasant feeling, although I felt rather uncomfortable at the beginning. A big thank you to the whole team, which I can only warmly recommend!

Sehr schön! The ordination is simply the best, I couldn't imagine better. From the friendly and competent ordination management to the actual dental treatment, which is simply great. I always have the feeling that my concerns about my teeth are being treated in the best possible way, the focus is on preserving the teeth. - Thanks for that! I have great confidence in Ordination Dr. Jahn, and has been for over 20 years. The interior has always been very nice and inviting, since this year it has been redesigned and the ambience is more modern, but also integrates the classic elements of the existing furnishings. Despite of all of my teeth having "white" filling, he used a grey one on two of my teeth. After fixing the mistake, he wanted me to pay for both fillings. I payed only for one because I did not want to waste time on lawyers. I do not plan to go there ever again. Because of his mistake, I had to go there twice and endure unnecessary pain because of the second treatment.

In less than 20 minutes, Dr. Jahn cut the pocket and the whole team assisted us to care for the wound of the cut. We are grateful and highly recommend it. They are all very friendly. The clinics is very clean, bright and modern place which made our dental-care experience even better. Thank you Dr. Jahn and the whole team, mother and daughter.

FRIENDLY: 5/5 SERVICE PRICES: 5/5. Very affordable and even if you think it is "expensive", it is for your teeth and your oral hygiene, which is better than not investing the money and regretting it when you are older. (personal opinion) * WAITING ROOM: 5/5. You usually book your appointment over the phone (english or german, friendly for internationals!) and you get there 5-10 minutes before and that's it. If you are new, then you get to fill out some forms and it is all done very quickly. * APPOINTMENT BOOKING: 5/5 over the phone. Usually offer a lot of options and they work every day, so, easy. * ORAL HYGIENE SERVICES: 10/5. Excellent! I have done like 3-4 there, with different people, either Dr. Jahn (son) or interns and they are all excellent. Last time I had the pleasure to be a patient of a doctor coming from south america (Mexico) and she was super friendly, super nice, professional and had attention to the minimum detail, which is super nice! * OVERALL: 5/5 I personally go every year and the oral hygiene and all the attention they offer is top 5 stars. They explain every step and make sure you are comfortable. My boyfriend was kind of afraid to go to the dentist and after visiting them, he is now content and very confident when it comes to doing the yearly oral hygiene. They are so careful and they really do a great job.
