Insisting on not speaking English (although the doctor understands it), and applying these medical procedures without them being explained in English. Medical procedures were explained in German although the patient DOES NOT understand German. So if you are a foreign exchange student and doesn't know German be prepared to get unnoticed and unexplained medical procedures and to be yelled at for not speeking German while you stand there for urgent medical care.
R	Rasha Al Ababseh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my review is for the Medical lab specifically. for anyone working on a medical field I think it's very important to speak English since they are working with patients! it's not like going to the supermarket. I think for a city like Vienna, where there is a lot of foreigner, people working in a medical field at least should be able to speak in English. I was in this Labor several times and they just say what information they want to deliver in German and they don't care at all if you understand or not although there might be important things you need to know but they just don't care. moreover, they are not friendly AT ALL. at one of my visits the lady kept speaking in German and she noticed that I don't understand then she said (you don't understand me? okay good) and just continued. for a patient who is there not for pleasure but for a need this was ridiculous. don't tell me that I have to learn German, No I don't as I'm here for studying (in English) and for a short time. Dear WGKK, as a reply to your comment, this is not a convincing argument that they are not allowed to speak English to avoid mistakes but to train them to speak English without mistakes. if someone have a surgery and not speaking German, how would you explain this to him? and many other examples. please say something logical and convincing! Thanks
J	Jordan Schotz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always so crowded and such a mess. You have to take a ticket and wait but I had over 60 people waiting in front of me. Then once I got up there, the lady gave me someone else's documents which I did not notice until I walked away so I had to go back and get my own. She was quite nice but not so helpful because I still have to go back again to get the correct document. Such a mess.
G	G R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RACIST! The lady at the entrance (facility management?) is an unfriendly and racist person. Today I took some time to observe her behaviour - she only used the sanitizer in her hands for white people. The rest was forwarded to the lady in white clothes. Unbelievable

Please use email to inform patients if an appointment cannot be kept, it's 2021! Dr Niedersuess is great though so i keep coming here.
H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my wife had a terrible experience when she went to get a blood test. Some staff were rude to her because she did not speak German. We are living temporarily in Vienna because of my work and we do not speak German! She was yelled at because it took her a while to pay for the test in advance as instructed because we have private insurance (there was a long lineup so obviously not her fault). The person who took the blood sample went on to tell her that she should learn German if she lives in Vienna and then pushed the needle unusually hard and caused a visible scar on her arm (she had blood test before and never had such a scar after the test). We are extremely upset and enquiring what we can do about this so I posted to find out if anyone had a similar experience. Note: the one star is way too generous but I cannot post without making a selection!
