R. am Empfang im Labor ist so unfreundlich gewesen, kein Begrüssen oder Verabschieden, keinen Blickkontakt und brauchte 5 Minuten zum Eingeben der Überweisung (wirkte wie ein Lehrling im 1. Lehrjahr). Ich werde nächstes Mal in ein anderes Labor gehen. Mr. R. at the reception in the laboratory was so unfriendly, no greeting or goodbye, no eye contact and needed 5 minutes to enter the transfer (looked like a first-year apprentice). I will go to a different lab next time.

S	Sofia R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am Vortag eine Corona Schutzimpfung bekommen und fühle mich dementsprechend nicht besonders gesund. Daher habe ich eine Krankmeldung für die Arbeit gebraucht. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr unhöflich und meinte sie verbindet mich weiter. Gelandet bin ich dann im Kundenservice, die mir selbstverständlich keine Krankmeldung ausstellen konnte. Zurück bei Dame Nummer 1 durfte ich mich leider erstmal anschreiben lassen. Unter anderem, dass ich mir gefälligst einen Arzt in meiner Nähe suchen soll. Ich wohne quasi direkt neben diesesm Zentrum.....Als ich sie darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde sie noch aggressiver und sprach mit mir als wäre ich dumm. Das heißt ich werde nun auf die Arbeit gehen und es wird sonst was passieren, vielen Dank dafür. Wir leben schon in seltsamen Zeiten, da wäre ein bisschen Freundlichkeit nicht zu viel verlangt, besonders für Personen, die sich impfen lassen und etwas für die Gesellschaft machen. Ich habe der Dame trotzdem gewünscht, dass sie gesund bleibt. Mir hat sie nichts Gutes gewünscht. Daher spreche ich KEINE EMPFEHLUNG für dieses "Gesundheits"zentrum aus, schade! I got a corona vaccination the day before and therefore don't feel particularly healthy. So I needed a sick note for work. The lady on the phone was very rude and said she would continue to connect me. I ended up in customer service, which of course could not send me a sick note. Back at lady number 1, I was unfortunately allowed to be written to first. Among other things, that I should kindly look for a doctor near me. I live almost right next to this center ..... When I pointed this out to her, she became even more aggressive and talked to me as if I were stupid. That means I'll go to work now and something else will happen, thank you very much for that. We already live in strange times when a little friendliness wouldn't be too much to ask, especially for people who get vaccinated and do something for society. I still wished the lady that she would stay healthy. She didn't wish me any good. Therefore I do NOT make a RECOMMENDATION for this "health" center, what a shame!

Der dort zuständige Arzt ist fachlich kompetent, freundlich, zuvorkommend und definitiv meine etwas weitere Anreise wert. The thyroid outpatient clinic is TOP! The doctor in charge there is technically competent, friendly, courteous and definitely worth my slightly longer journey.
A	Anna-Sophie Stoklassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feedback zum Labor: Habe viele Labore zum Blutabnehmen ausprobiert. Habe Venen, die von außen nicht zu sehen sind und die man ertasten muss. Kaum ein anderes Labor hat es hinbekommen sofort eine Vene zu treffen und so gut zu stechen wie hier. Nichts gespürt, sofort getroffen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen, vor allem für den Zuckerbelastungstest in der Schwangerschaft, wo man dreimal gestochen werden muss. Keine Wartezeit, kein Termin nötig. Lab Feedback: Have tried many blood drawing labs. Have veins that cannot be seen from the outside and that have to be felt. Hardly any other laboratory has managed to hit a vein immediately and prick it as well as here. Nothing felt, hit immediately. I highly recommend it, especially for the sugar stress test during pregnancy, where you have to be stung three times. No waiting time, no appointment necessary.

Wurde in der Diabetes Ambulanz sehr kompetent behandelt, ebenso mit meinen offenen Venen Geschwüre gut versorgt, so dass sie jetzt verheilt sind. Durch eine kompetente Wundversorgung. Außerdem waren alle vom Personal freundlich und empathisch. I have had a very good experience so far. Was treated very competently in the diabetes outpatient department, and my open vein ulcers were also well cared for, so that they are now healing are. Through a competent Wound care. Also were all of the staff friendly and empathetic.

Besonders Frau Dr. Kienast und Ihr Kollege sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. all very friendly and always tried hard. Starting from the general to the dental clinic, everyone is very professional and helpful! Especially Mrs. Dr. Kienast and your colleague are incredibly helpful, friendly and competent.

Was done in less than half hour. Even though I'm a foreigner and don't speak German the employees were kind and helped to the best of their abilities. Would be great to see more facilities operate like this
