Bitte seit wann wird die Freundlichkeit als Provokation genannt. Es war sehr zu bedauern das das Niveau und die Benehmen bei Frau Doktor Fremdwort ist und auch nich zu ÖGK passen würde. I was with my wife together with my wife Dr.H.K because of the permit we experience a very aggressive and uncivilized conversation from the doctor. Please since when is the friendliness mentioned as a provocation. It was very regrettable that the level and behavior is foreign to Frau Doktor and that it would not fit ÖGK either.

I am positively surprised and have never had such nice and courteous care at the Ögk as it was here in this branch .... Top care at the counter and also the doctor Fr.Dr.B. lonely top ... very empathetic and very thoughtful, many thanks for that.

Die haben nur auf ihr computer gearbeitet und " aktiviert" (obwohl es war aktiviert, ich habe ja es benutzt) und genau mit gleichem Problem nach Hause gekommen. Danke für nichts I HAD TO make an appointment because the signature didn't work. They just worked on their computer and "activated" (although it was activated, I used it) and came home with the exact same problem. thanks for nothing

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereich, kompetent, und erledigen die Kundenanliegen in wenigen als eine Arbeitstag. Auch den Rückruf kommt innerhalb die nächste Stunde. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen.
