H	Hannah Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich den vielen negativen Bewertungen gar nicht anschließen. Bin jedes Monat zur Blutabnahme hier, sicher schon zum 7. Mal. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Die Blutabnehmerinnen kümmern sich um einen und stechen immer sehr gut und genau (und so toll sind meine Venen nicht!). Die Wartezeiten sind immer SEHR kurz, der Warteraum ist sauber. Das einzige, was mich manchmal stört, ist dass die Türen immer offen gelassen werden - ich habe sie lieber zu wenn ich gestochen werde, aber das kann man ganz einfach selber machen. I can not agree with the many negative reviews. I am here every month to take blood, certainly for the seventh time. The staff is friendly and professional. The bloodsuckers take care of one and always sting very well and exactly (and my veins are not that great!). The waiting times are always VERY short, the waiting room is clean. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that the doors are always left open - I prefer them to when I'm stabbed, but you can easily do that yourself.

Durch einen Irrtum meinerseits war ich erst knapp nach der Blutabnahme-Zeit im Labor und die Ärztin hat nicht gezögert und mich noch drangenommen. Woanders wird man unverrichteter Dinge weggeschickt. Nicht hier. It's unique how friendly the doctors and receptionists look after patients! Due to a mistake on my part, I was only in the laboratory shortly after the blood drawing time and the doctor did not hesitate and urged me. Elsewhere you are sent away without having achieved anything. Not here.
a	aleksandra ilic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal sehr freundlich!! Was mich aber stört, keiner geht ans Telefon. Und keiner macht die Tür auf. Obwohl keiner von Patienten in der Ordination drinnen ist. Würde nicht jemand aus dem Gebäude rauskommen, könnte man stundenlang vor der Tür sitzen. Staff very friendly !! But what bothers me is that nobody answers the phone. And nobody opens the door. Although none of the patients are in the ordination. If someone didn't come out of the building, you could sit in front of the door for hours.

Tolles Labor None No waiting times, very friendly, I was always looking for Vennen, she was found right away in this laboratory. I'm very positively surprised.. Great laboratory

Mitarbeiter wissen nicht, wie MKP-Untersuchungen ohne freigeschaltene E-Card einzugeben und abzurechnen sind, obwohl sie dies laut ÖGK wissen müssten, und bestehen auf Belege, die so von der ÖGK nicht ausgestellt werden. Damit nicht genug: Anstelle sich zu erkundigen, wird man lautstark angeschnauzt und über welche Versicherung vorherige Untersuchungen, die im System zu finden sind, abgerechnet wurden, wird durch das ganze Wartezimmer gebrüllt, als ob das irgendjemanden was anginge und was zur Sache tun würde. Bei vorausgegangener MKP-Untersuchung durch ein Labor anderer Einrichtung wussten die Mitarbeiter Bescheid über Anspruch und Abrechnung in so einem Fall und es gab keinerlei Theater und vor allem wurde kein Beleg verlangt, der in dem Fall nicht ausgestellt wird. Daher Empfehlung: lieber woanders hingehen, wenn der Einzelfall nicht 0815 ist. Not recommended for anyone who does not have an 0815 transfer. Thank God I speak German, otherwise I think the nasty receptionist would have shoot me. Seriously the receptionist should be sent to a customer service course.

As I am really scared of blood and often faint, the doctor was so nice that let me lay down and was super professional. Didn´t feel it at all... The only thing I didn´t like was that they had open doors when taking blood of patients so everyone who is waiting can see.. this I found a bit disgusting, but as I said, I think I am bit too sensitive regarding the blood :D Good Location. (Interior I am not rating, as it does not look so nice)
