H	Helen Kovalenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel and outstanding value for money. We got free upgrade, personnel was more than welcoming. We requested parking and got a nice spot right next to hotel. Hotel has very cozy bar, vending machine in case you need a late night snack, courtyard with comfy and secluded seating and third floor terrace with nice view. Upon checkout we were offered to use parking spot till 16 00 for no charge. There are nice restaurants right at doorstep and downtown is about 10 min walk Next time we are in Innsbruck we are staying at Nala for sure
N	Natalie Higgins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location about 10 mins from the centre of the old city. The rooms and hotel are stylishly designed and there is parking for a fee. The room isn’t very spacious but for the price we paid it was a good base for Innsbruck where the use of space has been thought through well. The bed was comfortable and the shower is powerful. The bathroom in the standard room is separated with a rolling door that includes the TV. No air conditioning. Can’t speak to the food as we didn’t pay for breakfast.

You could also get the parking slot nearby but price is not so cheap because of the central location. It’s great to live nearby the centre, walking distance to the river side and also the old tow, but the price is also a bit high. If you really want to be accessible to all the attractions, good choice! By the way, the breakfast is prepared by myself?

To be honest, the whole place looks like a meticulously put-together piece of art by a creative director. The rooms are individually designed, compact and efficient but also beautiful! The staff also looked happy. Just WOW!

The staff are all extremely friendly and happy to chat which was very welcoming as some other hotels I've stayed in have a more corporate feel about them. Our well decorated room had plenty of space. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
