Rohr Zauber wollte die Rechnung nicht an Kunden schicken. Nur direkt an Versicherung. Natürlich, damit der Kunden die "Preiserhöhung" nicht mitbekommt. Siehe andere schlechte Bewertungen! Happened to a customer of mine: Telephone price information: maximum € 250 Invoice amount: over € 970, - Rohr Zauber did not want to send the invoice to customers. Only directly to insurance. Of course, so that the customer does not notice the "price increase". See other bad reviews!

Schon am nächsten Tag ist ein junger Mann gekommen und hat das Problem im Handumdrehen behoben. Verrechnet wurde direkt mit meiner Versicherung, vor Ort musste nicht bezahlt werden. Ich kann diese Firma jedem nur weiterempfehlen! After my husband could not degrease our kitchen sink, I called the company Rohrzauber. The very next day a young man came and fixed the problem in an instant. It was charged directly with my insurance, on site did not have to be paid. I can only recommend this company to anyone!
Y	You on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Jahr 2019 kam Rohrzauber zu uns. Service war schnell und sauber, deswegen auch der Stern. Die Verrechnung danach war ein Albtraum. Drei mal telefoniert mit der Zentrale wegen der Verstopfung in der wand und jedes Mal hat mir der Mann am Telefon vergewissert, dass die Kosten nicht mehr als 100€ sein können. Danach kam die Rechnung mit 325€. Und nach einer Woche kam die Rechnung mit Mahngebühren und einer Drohung mit dem Anwalt. Die Preise auf der Website sind nichts wert. Üble Betrüger!! (Fast alles lief bei mir wie bei Herrn Hrvoje Dragicevic) Rohrzauber came to us in 2019. Service was quick and clean, hence the star. The settlement afterwards was a nightmare. Three times I phoned the head office because of the blockage in the wall and each time the man on the phone made sure that the costs could not be more than 100 €. Then came the bill of € 325. And after a week the bill came with dunning fees and a threat with the lawyer. The prices on the website are worth nothing. Vile cheaters !! (Almost everything went as it did with Mr. Hrvoje Dragicevic)
R	Romana Lukac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei mir ist das Wasser im Keller hochgekommen. Ich habe einen Installateur kommen lassen, der gemeint hat, dass der Kanal verstopft ist. Ich habe im Internet nach einer Firma gesucht und mich für die Rohr Zauber GmbH entschieden, weil das die einzige Firma war die ich gefunden habe, die Preise auf der Homepage stehen hat und wo mir der Herr am Telefon zumindest eine ungefähre Preisschätzung geben konnte. Vor Ort konnte die Verstopfung nach vielen Versuchen Gott sei Dank beseitigt werden. Alles wurde für die Versicherung fotografiert, ein Video vom Kanal wurde gemacht. Ich habe meine Polizzennummer hergegeben und die Rechnung wurde von der Versicherung bezahlt. Bei Abflussproblemen rufe ich nur noch Rohrzauber! The water in my basement came up to me. I looked for a company on the Internet and chose Rohr Zauber GmbH because it was the only company I found that had the prices on the homepage and where I was the gentleman could at least give an approximate price estimate on the phone. Thankfully, the blockage was cleared on site after many attempts. Everything was photographed for the insurance company, a video from the channel was made. I gave my policy number and the insurance paid the bill. If there are drainage problems, I only call pipe magic!

Uns wurde nicht geglaubt, dass wir schon am Vortag angerufen haben und der Herr am Telefon war generell sehr unfreundlich. Haben den Termin dann gezwungener Maßen entgegen genommen und auf den Techniker gewartet - ist dann aber einfach nicht gekommen. very unfriendly - technician did not come We wanted to cancel our appointment the day before - no one answered, on the same day the cancellation would have cost 75 euros. We were not believed that we had called the day before and the gentleman on the phone was generally very unfriendly. Then we were forced to accept the appointment and wait for the technician - but then just didn't come.

Danach kommt Rechnung über 300.- Ich habe diese Rechnung auch bezahlt, es würde auch ausgemacht wenn sie das Geld von Versicherung kassieren werden sie mir mein Geld sofort zurück überweisen. Versicherung hat bezahlt und Firma Rohrzauber hat das Geld zurück überweisen an das Versicherung mit dem Vermerk „Doppel Zahlung“. Und so komme ich zum meinem Geld nicht mehr. Danke Rohrzauber das ist ziemlich unprofessional von euch und ich werde euch sicher nicht weiter empfehlen ! Technicians quick and clean, that's why the star is also a nightmare. Dass es dann um 200€ mehr kostet, weil mit Hochdruck gearbeitet wird, erfährt man erst bei der Rechnung. Desinfektion (ein paar mal sprühen, aufwischen darf man selbst) kostet extra. Demontage wurde extra berechnet, obwohl alles fix und fertig vorbereitet auf den Arbeiter wartete.... The cheapest prices are advertised. In reality it looks different! Eliminate clogging for € 85 ... That it then costs € 200 more because you are working at high pressure, you only find out when you get the bill. Disinfection (spray a few times, you can wipe up yourself) costs extra. Dismantling was charged extra, although everything was ready and waiting for the worker ...

For a simple unblocking of my kitchen sink pipe I paid almost €400! Based on calculations on the web page I would have expected to pay about €150. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! Criminals!
