E	Ester Avoncelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella struttura, pulita e accogliente. Ambiente giovane, molto organizzato e silenzioso. Vicinissimo al centro e alle università. Proprio a ridosso del fiume, costeggiando la passeggiata in 10 minuti si è in pieno centro. Supermercato a 1minuto. Nice structure, clean and welcoming. Young, very organized and silent environment. Very close to the center and to the universities. Right next to the river, along the promenade in 10 minutes you are in the center. Supermarket at 1minute.

Mehrmals im Jahr wird das ÖJAB-Haus Renoviert was man auch an dem Innenbereich merken sollte. In der Sommer Session, wenn die Studenten nicht da sind ist ein Hostel in dem Gebäude zu finden. Very large house, reasonably priced but very good. Rooms are cleaned more often and thoroughly. Several times a year, the ÖJAB house is renovated what you should also remember the interior. In the summer session, when the students are not there, a hostel can be found in the building.

Vicinissima alla stazione (quindi alcune camere si affacciano sui binari ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente quasi nulla) in una zona molto tranquilla. In inverno funge da abitazione per soli studenti, in estate viene aperta ai turisti per i quali è messa a disposizione anche la cucina con tutto il necessario. Stanze singole o doppie con bagno in camera. Alcune dispongono anche di un cucinino in camera. A few steps from the center. Very close to the station (therefore some rooms overlook the tracks but with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything) in a very quiet area. In winter it acts as a home for students only, in summer it is open to tourists for whom the kitchen is also available with everything you need. Single or double rooms with private bathroom. Some also have an in-room kitchenette.
A	A D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebe seit einigen Semestern in diesem Studentenheim und kann mir kein besseres vorstellen. Es ist in gewisser Weise tatsächlich mein derzeitiges Zuhause geworden. Es wird gut geführt, hat wunderschöne saubere Zimmer, einen Seminarraum, Fitnessraum, Musikzimmer, Waschküche, Küchen auf jedem Stock und einen tollen Garten, WLAN (wenn auch manchmal bei Stoßzeiten nicht stabil), aber Internet mit LAN Kabel ist schnell und stabil und gleicht alles wieder aus. Einmal pro Woche kommen unsere Raumpflegerinnen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich & familiär. Die jährlichen Preiserhöhungen nerven zwar ordentlich, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Studentenheimen in Salzburg ist dieses noch relativ billig und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. (Aber als die nicht enden wollenden Renovierungsarbeiten stattfanden, war es sehr nervenaufreibend hier zu leben.) I have been living in this dorm for several semesters and cannot imagine a better one. In a way, it has actually become my current home. It is well managed, has beautiful clean rooms, a seminar room, fitness room, music room, laundry room, kitchens on every floor and a great garden, WiFi (although sometimes not stable at peak times), but Internet with LAN cable is fast and stable and equal everything off again. Our housekeepers come once a week. The atmosphere is very cozy and familiar. The annual price increases are annoying, but compared to other student dormitories in Salzburg it is still relatively cheap and has a good price-performance ratio. (But when the never-ending renovation work started, it was very nerve-wracking to live here.)

The rooms are so clean and so convenient. You can choose the room according to your desires. Entire place is designed according to modern lifestyle. I am so glad I found this place.
