In dem sehr freundlichen und kundenorientierten Gespräch konnte ich von seinem (im Gegensatz zu vielen großen Händlern wirklich vorhandenen) Fachwissen profitieren. Er hat sich außerdem die Mühe gemacht ein paar Sonderlösungen für mich zu recherchieren, die eigentlich gar nicht seinem Gebiet entsprechen. Er verwies mich ohne zu zögern an einen Kollegen, der meine Wlan Probleme löste. Auf Wunsch hätte er mir meinen neuen Fernseher auch aufgehängt und eingestellt. Man bekommt hier also auf Wunsch ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket. Preislich ist er nicht weit von den "großen" entfernt, wobei er eher hochwertige Marken verkauft. Alles in Allem, kann ich das Geschäft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. I asked Mr. Ziegler for extensive advice on my new television set and I am really impressed by this local specialist dealer. In the very friendly and customer-oriented conversation I was able to benefit from his (unlike many large dealers actually existing) specialist knowledge. He also made the effort to research a few special solutions for me that actually do not correspond to his field. Without hesitation he referred me to a colleague who solved my wifi problems. If I wanted, he would have hung up and turned on my new television. If you wish, you can get an all-round feel-good package. In terms of price, it is not far from the "big ones", although it sells rather high-quality brands. All in all, I can unreservedly recommend the business.
