G	God Meercy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute dort 27.10.2021 und wollte mir ein RC Auto kaufen dass über 1000€ kostet (mit zubehör liegen wir da bei 1700€), ich wurde dann "beraten" in dem der Mitarbeiter mir 2 Masken im Internet vom Conrad aufgemacht hat und mir den unterschied zwischen dem kleinen Modell und großem Modell herausgelesen hat. Es sind beide genau die gleichen Marken und dann meinte er dass eine sei Wasserfest dass andere dass sogar teurer ist soll angeblich nicht Wasserfest sein obwohl man dass Auto im See versenken kann und es fährt danach immer noch. Dass hätte ich auch zu Hause lesen können, ich bin sehr entäuscht, weil wenn man etwas kauft wo dass Zeug eh schon so teuer ist ohne Zubehör und nichts, und der Mitarbeiter dann da steht und nicht mehr weiß was er sagen soll dann finde ich dass sehr Schade. Ich habe nur fürs hinfahren und heim fahren 4 stunden gebraucht. Ich bin letztendlich zum beschluss gekommen ich kaufe es direkt Online und nicht bei Ihnen weil ich lasse ungern mein Geld da wenn ich nicht mal eine Kompetente Beratung bekomme. Noch dazu sar der Laden so gut wie Leer und dann springt der Mitarbeiter einfach weg. Ich hoffe dass wird mal besser werden dort. Ich habe scon 2 RC Autos dort gekauft und dachte mir ich hole auch dass dritte gleich dort aber man kann sich auch täuschen! I was there today on October 27th, 2021 and wanted to buy an RC car that costs over 1000 € (with accessories we are there at 1700 €), I was then "advised" in which the employee opened 2 masks for me on the Internet from Conrad and found out the difference between the small model and the large model. They are both exactly the same brands and then he said that one is waterproof that another that is even more expensive should not be waterproof even though you can sink the car in the lake and it will still drive. I could have read that at home too, I'm very disappointed, because if you buy something where the stuff is already so expensive without accessories and nothing, and the employee then stands there and no longer knows what to say then I think that a shame. It only took me 4 hours to drive there and home. In the end I came to the decision to buy it directly online and not from you because I don't like to leave my money there if I don't even get competent advice. In addition, the shop was as good as empty and then the employee simply jumps away. I hope it will get better there. I bought 2 RC cars there and thought I would get the third one right there, but you can be wrong!

Sehr wenig Auswahl vorhanden ,die Mitarbeiten haben keine Ahnung von der Materie und wenn dann mal doch das passende im Geschafft vorhanden ist muss man aufpassen, dass die Packung und Inhalt OK sind (öfters ist der Inhalt beschädigt oder unvollständig (wie gerade eben bei meinem Einkauf wieder)) Ich würde empfehlen bei einer größeren Kette (zb. Reichelt ,E-tech... ) online zu kaufen und gleich den Sinnlosen Zwischenschritt (Conrad Handel) zu überspringen. One of the worst electronics stores ever. Very little selection available, the employees have no idea about the subject and if the right thing is available in the store, you have to make sure that the packaging and contents are OK (the contents are often damaged or incomplete (like with my purchase just now again)) I would recommend buying online from a larger chain (e.g. Reichelt, E-tech...) and skipping the pointless intermediate step (Conrad Handel).
N	Naibaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte aufgrund der 2G-Regelung im Handel ein Kabel online bestellt, nachdem ich mir das Kabel im Store (Salzburg Süd) nicht abholen durfte - btw. Click&Collect wird auf der Homepage angeboten. Soweit so gut, dass Kabel kam 3 Tage später an und passte leider nicht. Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice mit der Bitte um Rückgabe beim Store, weil ansonsten die Rücksendekosten selber getragen werden müssten. Man teilte mir mit, dass es kein Problem ist und man gab mir den Tipp, die Rechnung vorher noch auszudrucken und sich vor Rückgabe kurz mit dem Store kurzzuschließen, ob das Paket jemand empfangen würde. Am Telefon sagt man mir, dass das bei Online-Bestellungen grundsätzlich nicht möglich ist. Nun habe ich für meine Bestellung in Höhe von EUR 13,94,- (davon EUR 5,95,- Versandkosten) Rücksendekosten in Höhe von EUR 4,30,- bezahlt. Ich nenne das Abzocke. Kundenzufriedenheit scheint nichts wert zu sein. Von mir gibt es bestimmt nie wieder einen Kauf bei Ihnen. Danke für nichts! Ordered a cable online due to the 2G regulation after I wasn't allowed to pick up the cable in the store (Salzburg South) - btw. Click&Collect is offered on the homepage. So far so good that the cable arrived 3 days later and unfortunately didn't fit. I contacted customer service and asked them to return it to the store, otherwise I would have to pay the return costs myself. I was told that it was not a problem and I was advised to print out the invoice beforehand and to contact the store before returning it to see if anyone would receive the package. On the phone I was told that this is generally not possible with online orders. I have now paid return shipping costs of EUR 4.30 for my order of EUR 13.94 (of which EUR 5.95 for shipping costs). I call that a rip off. Customer satisfaction seems worth nothing. I will definitely never buy from you again. Thanks for nothing!

This is the stupidest business decision of all time! People can't shop during the week, so they want to shop on a Saturday afternoon!
