★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are horribly racist people ,i went there to buy a cell phone, most of the offered ones were run out of battery,however based othe description i selected one and tried to talk to one of the workers there about purchasing it, I said : Hello,i want to buy a cell phone and i pointed the one i want,he looked at me in a very offensive way then turn to another Austrian customer like if don't exist,basically my dark colored skin offended him so he saw i was unworthy to talk to,it was terrible experience that i will remember for life long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though Mediamarkt and Saturn are managed by the same company, Mediamarkt has employees that seem to actually care about efficiency and your time.
The variety of products seem to be alike between both but Mediamarkt regularly has more stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service need a full review, it's been 2 months and a half that I'm waiting for a vaccum cleaner... and the communication with the customer service it's really complicated. We didn't received the first order and try to have for the seconde time the vaccum cleaner, it takes apparently a month again... Also we have answered to the request buy email if we wanted a second order or we cancel we answer it 1 week and 1/2 ago but apparently they didn't receive the email...
So not really satisfied and I don't bealive I will order something again in mediamarkt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products but the service is really bad. Not trying to help you at all. I had also a bad experience with a microwave that i ordered there because it was our of stock . I waited 1 month, until i went back and i got informed that this microwave will not come again for sale. I took my money back and i bought it from another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediamarkt is lying and tricking customers to buy products which they refuse to give to you afterwards. I ordered a product, which on the website said that I could pick-up from this store the same day. When I went there, the product was in stock but they refused to give me the product (I would like to stress that the product WAS in the store) and said that I have to wait at least a week. One of the most important reasons for buying from Mediamarkt for me was that it is supposed to be professional and corporate, which in this case does not seem like that.
