R	Raphael Rauner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir bei diesem hartlauer eine Kamera um rund 1000€ gekauft, welche mir von dem Verkäufer eingeredet wurde. Ca 2 Monate danach, hatte ich ein Problem mit dem Autofokus. Als ich wieder zu diesem Hartlauer fuhr, wurde mir erklärt, dass diese Kamera zu nichts besserem fähig sei. Nach langem diskutieren, dass es zuvor besser funktionierte und mehreren vulgären ausdrücken des Verkäufers, kam jemand anders von der Kameraabteilung, der jedoch nicht viel mehr vorzuweisen hatte, außer, dass ich mir ein neues Objektiv kaufen sollte. Als ich zu einem anderen, kompetenteren Foto- und Kamerageschäft fuhr, wurde das Problem innerhalb von ein-zwei Minuten behoben und mir wurde erklärt, wie ich es beim nächsten mal selber beheben kann. Gratis. I bought a camera for around 1000 € from this hard-tempered one, which was persuaded by the seller. About 2 months later, I had an auto focus problem. When I drove back to this Hartlauer, I was told that this camera was capable of nothing better. After a long discussion that it worked better earlier and several vulgar expressions from the seller, someone else came from the camera department, but he didn't have much else to show except that I should buy a new lens. When I drove to another, more competent photo and camera store, the problem was resolved within a minute or two and I was told how to fix it myself next time. Free.

Die Hygienevorschriften wurden alle umgesetzt und trotzdem wurde man nett und sofort bedient. Der Verkäufer war emphatisch und die Fotos waren schnell gemacht. Es wurden (trotz des Motives ?) recht ansehnliche Fotos. Was ich besonders erwähnenswert finde ist, das es beworbene Foto Pakete gibt, aber eben auch ein nicht beworbenes Standart Set und selbst das hat er angeboten. Für den schnellen, kompetenten und netten Service gibt’s dementsprechend 5 Sterne und ich sag Danke. Taking passport photos in COVID-19 times, unfortunately it had to be done, but thanks to Hartlauer, this was possible. The hygiene regulations were all implemented and still you were served nice and immediately. The seller was emphatic and the photos were taken quickly. The photos were quite good (despite the motif recht). What I find particularly worth mentioning is that there are advertised photo packages, but also a non-advertised standard set and he even offered that. For the fast, competent and nice service it gets 5 stars and I say thank you.
D	David Kuta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war der Herr der Kamera Abteilung (Kaugummi kauender Deutscher Herr ) so unhöflich das ich mit 100% Sicherheit diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten werde - schade da der Rest vom Personal höflich und nett ist. Der Ton und der Umgang dieses Mitarbeiters mit Kunden ist für mich absolut nicht nachzuvollziehen und repräsentiert definitiv nicht den "Hartlauer" Kundenservice den man für normal gewohnt ist. Unfortunately the man of the camera department (chewing gum-chewing German gentleman) was so rude that I will not enter this shop with 100% certainty - a shame because the rest of the staff is polite and nice. The tone and the way this employee deals with customers is absolutely incomprehensible to me and definitely does not represent the "Hartlauer" customer service that one is used to for normal.

Bin Jahrelanger Kunde aber auch wenn ein Brillenglas unbrauchbar ist wird es ohne die Unterschrift des Versicherungsnehmer (in meinem Fall ein Elternteil) nicht getauscht und keine Alternative geboten. Sozusagen halb Blind hinausgeschickt wurde ich gerade. Die sogenannte Sorglosversicherung die angeboten wird gehört eher umbenannt in wir tauschen nur Einzelteile sonst muss die ganze Brille erneuert werden. Ich wurde von einem unhöflichen älteren Herren mit Halbglatze bedient vielleicht gehen sie lieber einen großen Bogen um ihn und kommen an höfliches Personal. Anything but accommodating! I have been a customer for many years, but even if a lens is unusable, it will not be exchanged without the signature of the policyholder (in my case a parent) and no alternative will be offered. I was just sent out half blind, so to speak. The so-called carefree insurance that is offered should rather be renamed to we only exchange individual parts, otherwise the entire pair of glasses has to be replaced. I was served by a rude balding elderly gentleman maybe they'd better give him a wide berth and come to polite staff.

Ich habe nun eine sehr gute Brille bekommen, mit der Neuesten Glastechnologie. Danke vielmals für mein neues Sehen, lieber Herr Patrick!!!! Mr. Patrick from the optics department explained everything to me very well, he took a lot of time for me, he was very courteous and very friendly. Die neue Brille passt perfekt und ich hab nicht einmal was für die Brille bezahlt. Alle im Geschäft sind so freundlich, das findet man sehr selten! DANKE!
