Erst half mir Frau Augeneder als "Telefoncoach"weiter (Mein Backrohr wurde offenbar durch Kurzschluß defekt).Sofort nach dem Urlaub wurden Ersatzteile für das Backrohr zur Montage mitgebracht, es ist jedoch "nur"die Steckdose durchgebrannt gewesen! Neff nimmt nach kurzem Telefonat des netten Elektrikers der Fa.Augeneder (wurde auch gleich an Ort und Stelle geführt) die Heizelemente wieder zurück!So ein netter Service macht Freude, sehr gerne wieder, natürlich auch als Kundin im Gnigler Geschäft.Vielen Dank.
Very happy with the service! First Mrs. Augeneder helped me as a "telephone coach" (my oven was apparently defective due to a short circuit). Immediately after the vacation, spare parts for the oven were brought for assembly, but "only" the socket was blown! Neff takes the heating elements back after a short phone call from the nice electrician from the company Augeneder (was also taken on the spot)! Such a nice service is a pleasure, very happy again, of course as a customer in the Gnigler store. Thank you.
