D	Denis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Tierarzt hat meinen Hund eine Spritze gegeben, ohne die Betroffene Stelle, welche die Beschwerden beim Hund ausgelöst haben, anzuschauen. Und er wollte, dass ich ein paar Tage später wieder komme "zur Kontrolle", um den Hund eventuell eine weitere Spritze zu verabreichen. Diese Vorgehensweise ist völlig unverständlich. Und meinem Hund ging es dadurch auch nicht besser. Ich habe daraufhin einen anderen Tierarzt aufgesucht, welcher bestätigt hat, dass keine Spritze nötig war. Habe dort Tabletten bekommen und der Hund hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder erholt. Absolute Frechheit! 22.März.2021 Update: Ich bin nicht in der Kartei, weil meine Freundin beim ersten Besuch zwecks einer Impfung in ihrer Praxis gewesen ist und die Kartei auf ihren Namen angelegt wurde. Beim zweiten Besuch war ich in der Praxis. Ich muss Sie leider enttäuschen, aber laut Zweitmeinung war die Spritze gänzlich unnötig und die Tabletten hätten ausgereicht. Mein Hund wurde unnötigen Stress ausgesetzt und als Krönung wurde, was auch immer das war, gespritzt. Das dies jetzt in die richtung "gute Vorarbeit geleistet" gedreht wird ist ziemlich dreist sowie ein Schlag ins Gesicht. The vet gave my dog an injection without looking at the affected area that caused the dog's symptoms. And he wanted me to come back a few days later "for a check-up" so that he could possibly give the dog another injection. This approach is completely incomprehensible. And it didn't make my dog any better either. I then went to another vet who confirmed that no injection was necessary. Got pills there and the dog recovered within a very short time. Absolute cheek! March 22, 2021 update: I am not in the file because my friend went to her practice the first time for a vaccination and the file was created in her name. On the second visit I was in the practice. Unfortunately, I have to disappoint you, but according to the second opinion, the injection was completely unnecessary and the tablets would have been enough. My dog was exposed to unnecessary stress and to top it off, whatever it was was injected. That this is now in the direction of "good preparatory work done" is pretty brazen and a slap in the face.

Da unser Kater leider an Struvit Steinen in der Blase gelitten hat und wir uns darauf hin für einen Tierarzt Wechsel entschieden haben, sind wir zum Glück auf Herrn Baumann gestoßen. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben und man merkt, dass für ihn ganz klar das Tierwohl an erster Stelle steht. Nicht zu vergessen sind die super lieben Helferinnen. Das Team ist wirklich sehr nett und behandelt unseren Walker immer sehr lieb. Preis-Leistung ist ausgezeichnet. Von uns gibt es eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Herrn Baumann und sein Team. Vielen Dank für alles! :-) We are so happy that we found Mr. Baumann. Since our cat unfortunately suffered from struvite stones in the bladder and we decided to change the vet, we luckily came across Mr. Baumann. We feel we are in very good hands and you can tell that animal welfare is clearly the top priority for him. Not to be forgotten are the super lovely helpers. The team is really very nice and always treats our walker very kindly. Value for money is excellent. We have a very clear recommendation for Mr. Baumann and his team. Many thanks for everything! :-)

Mein Kater hatte einen Abszess am Kopf, der mit Antibiotika behandelt wurde, ausserdem bekam ich gratis Käsepappeltee zum Reinigen. Mein Kater hat sich den Umständen entsprechend wohl gefühlt, man merkt, dass Dr Baumann viel Erfahrung und Empathie hat. Ich werde ab jetzt mit allen Tieren zu ihm gehen. Auch die Arzthelferin war sehr liebenswert und wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt. Als ich ein drittes Mal nur zur Kontrolle da war, wurde nichts verrechnet. Es ist mir nicht wichtig, wie viel oder wenig das Wohlergehen meiner Tiere kostet, aber ich fand dies eine wirklich nette Geste. Vielen Dank und frohe Weihnachten! Very friendly and professional. My hangover had an abscess on his head that was treated with antibiotics, and I got free cheese poplar tea to clean it. My cat felt comfortable under the circumstances, you can tell that Dr Baumann has a lot of experience and empathy. From now on I will go to him with all animals. The doctor's assistant was also very lovely and we felt well looked after. The third time I was there just to check, nothing was charged. I don't care how much or how little my animal welfare costs, but I thought this was a really nice touch. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Baumann und seinem Team. Unsere Katzen und wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Thanks to Mr. Baumann, our cat is fine again. Unfortunately, another practice couldn't do that. For many years we have enjoyed going to Mr. Baumann and his team. Our cats and we feel very comfortable there.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch super! Very friendly competent veterinarian and totally loving and empathetic vet assistant. They are incredibly good and sensitive to animals.
