T-mobile ansich ist ein super anbieter, den shop in bürs kannst du vergessen. worst shop there is! people are crazy to the maximum, I have ordered a cell phone and agreed on a tariff with them everything was great but when I wanted to pick up the mobile it was suddenly 380 ¬ more expensive although I am a long time customer with them and now 3 registered phones and 1 wlan box there !!!! T-mobile ansich is a great supplier, you can forget the shop in Bürs.

Zeit verschwendet und Kilometer, weil in Bludenz eine schlechte Beratung gegeben wurde. Send their customers to Dornbirn. Was on 23.03.2021 at 2 p.m. in the Magenta Shop bürs wanted to buy 3handy Price 2600Euro unfriendly employees not competent were then expelled from the shop by the even more unfriendly would-be boss. If I didn't voluntarily close this shop because of coronna then I've never experienced something like this 20 years old Magenta customer.

Diese Kollegin ist unhöflich bis beleidigend. Sie verbietet einem sogar das Wort, weil sie gerade Ihrer Kollegin etwas erklären müsse! Wenn so Anstand, Höflichkeit, Kundenservice und fachliche Kompetenz bei der Fa. Magenta aussieht, verzichte ich gern auf Ihr Angebot! Fazit. Der mieseste "Telekom"-Shop den ich jemals erlebt habe! This colleague is rude to offensive. She even forbids you to speak because she has to explain something to your colleague! If this is what decency, courtesy, customer service and professional competence look like at Magenta, I would be happy to forego your offer! Conclusion. The worst "Telekom" shop I've ever seen! Mein Freund und ich haben nur Probleme dort! Totales Chaos!!!! Incompetent staff! Playing on the phone with chewing gum in your mouth and headphones inside. Very unprofessional! Bad advice, have no idea about their job! My boyfriend and I just have problems there! Total chaos !!!!
