★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal weiß nicht was im Laden verkauft wird, der zweite Mitarbeiter den wir gefragt haben konnte uns sofort zu unserem Produkt führen, doch die erste Mitarbeiterin hatte nicht einmal das Interesse, uns zu verstehen was wir brauchen. Zudem war die Dame an der Kassa sehr unfreundlich, hat und keine Rechnung gegeben, hat die Ware auf den Tisch gehauen und uns angemault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich. An der Kasse wieder mal ein Beispiel wie man seinen eigenen Job in Frage stellt. Ware mit falschem Preis deklariert. An der Kasse doppelter Preis. Auf Anmerkung der Satz ich soll einen im Laden suchen der das korrigiert. Auf die Frage ob wirklich ich jetzt das machen soll kam die Antwort der Dame dass Sie das sicher nicht mache Sie brauche das Teil ja nicht sondern ich. Dachte Media Markt ist schlecht aber das nie wieder. Nur noch online und sicher nicht bei Media Markt
Unbelievable. At the checkout, another example of how to question your own job. Goods declared with wrong price. Double price at checkout. On the note of the sentence I should look for someone in the store who corrects it. When asked if I should really do that now, the lady replied that she would definitely not do that. She doesn't need the part, I do. Thought Media Markt is bad but never again. Only online and certainly not at Media Markt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Spritzen Kontrolleur ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Doch das Mediamarkt Personal hingegen (Kassamitarbeiterin) war sehr unfreundlich auf eine frage, ob sie mir was bringen kann. Diese Person zeigte unfreundliches und nicht kundenorientiertes Verhalten.
Wir werden dieses Geschäft meiden.
The syringe inspector is very courteous and friendly. But the Mediamarkt staff (checkout clerk) was very rude when asked if they could bring me something. This person displayed unfriendly and non-customer-oriented behavior.
We will avoid this shop.

Ich habe Angst, irgendetwas zu fragen, weil das Personal Sie gut "schlagen" wird.
Ich gehe immer nach Hause ohne etwas zu kaufen, weil man nach so einem Service nicht einmal durch den Laden gehen will, weil das Personal ihm klar macht, dass man ihn stört. Heute wurde ich von einer Dame aus der Hause Abteilung bedient. Komme nie wieder.

I always go home without buying anything because after such service you don't even want to go through the store because the staff makes it clear that you're bothering them. Today I was served by a lady from the home department. never come back
