★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leider sind nur 2 Beratungsplätze besetzt. Daher 30 Minuten Wartezeit für ein Formular. Es entstehen das Gefühl, dass A1 an Privatkunden nicht mehr interessiert ist.
Staff very friendly and competent. Unfortunately only 2 counseling places are occupied. Therefore 30 minutes waiting time for a form. The feeling arises that A1 is no longer interested in private customers.
