★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um kurz vor 18 Uhr wollten wir nur kurz was nachfragen. Uns wurde mit ausgestreckten Armen der Weg abgesperrt und direkt mit den Worten: Wir haben geschlossen, am Montag um 9 Uhr ist wieder offen abgewimmelt. Wir sind garnicht zu Wort gekommen.
Hier herrscht eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf!
 Shortly before 18 o'clock we wanted to ask only briefly what. We were shut off the way with outstretched arms and directly with the words: We have closed, on Monday at 9 clock is again abgewimmelt open. We did not speak at all.
There is definitely room for improvement here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr großer Hervis-Laden. Man kann Schnäppchen machen, es gibt aber auch viele 08/15-Billigsachen. Genaues Hinschauen lohnt aber durchaus.
Very large Hervis store. You can get bargains, but there are also lots of run-of-the-mill cheap things. But it's definitely worth taking a closer look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute bin ich extra nach Hervis (Bürs) gekommen um etwas für meinen Sohn und meinen Ehemann zu kaufen... Eine Verkäuferin (ältere Dame, Mitarbeiterin) war so arrogant... Zuerst, dachte ich, sie scherze, aber leider nein... Sie war wirklich so arrogant das ich nicht mehr Lust hatte einzukaufen. Dank ihr, ab Heute kaufe ich dort nie wieder ein. So eine Person hat es nicht verdient im Verkauf zu arbeiten... ?
Today I came to Hervis (Bürs) to buy something for my son and my husband ... A saleswoman (elderly lady, employee) was so arrogant ... At first, I thought, she was joking, but unfortunately no ... . She was really so arrogant that I didn't feel like shopping anymore. Thanks to her, as of today I will never shop there again. Such a person does not deserve to work in sales ... ?

Busy business with not often good advice. Prices are not everything, especially if you want advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame an der Kassa ( eher größer) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe mir eine Skijacke gekauft und wurde super beraten über die Pflege. Komme gerne wieder.
The lady at the cash desk (rather bigger) was very friendly and helpful. I bought a ski jacket and was given great advice on how to care for it. I'd love to come back.
