Bei Nachfrage, ob ein Fehler passiert sei, bekam ich eine Gutschrift von € 8,33. Reklamationen wurden mit Achselzucken beantwortet Poor service and after-sales service: The price of the jeans was advertised as €59.99, €69.99 was charged. When I asked if an error had happened, I received a credit note of €8.33. Complaints were answered with a shrug

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch ein großes Lob an den Filialleiter, danke für deine Hilfe und den super Support. So stelle ich mir kundenorientierten Service vor. Danke nochmal an alle und bleibt Gesund. The service in the shop is simply great. Although I ordered my skis online, the employees in the shop were able to help me very well. All employees are very friendly and competent. Also a big compliment to the branch manager, thanks for your help and the great support. This is how I imagine customer-oriented service.
