Mir wurden mehrere Alternativen gezeigt und habe das passende Pflegeprodukt für mich gefunden. Schön das noch Verkäuferinnen gibt, die Ihren Beruf mit so viel Freude und Leidenschaft ausüben. Gerne nehme ich den Weg auf mich, um mich wieder beraten zu lassen ( Felizitas) und kann das Geschäft als zufriedene Kundin verlassen und sie wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Die Verkäuferin zog er vor, in ihrer Landessprache (jugoslawisch?) mit einer bekannten Familie o. ä. gemütlich zu reden und Spässchen zu machen anstatt mir kurz zwischendurch behilflich zu sein und eine Frage zu beantworten. Sie habe keine Zeit. Bin dann gegangen, nach einer halben Stunde dort nochmals vorbeigelaufen und sie war immer noch mit den gleichen Bekannten am Quatschen... Das letzte Mal für mich dort, wundert mich nicht wenn der Laden keinen Umsatz macht. Geduld muss ja sein, aber ich warte keine 10 Minuten oder länger bis man mir eine einfache Frage beantwortet. Terrible. Was in this store on the weekend wanting to buy perfumes. He preferred the saleswoman to talk to a well-known family or similar in her native language (Yugoslavian?) And make jokes instead of helping me briefly in between and answering a question. You don't have time. Then I left, walked past there again after half an hour and she was still chatting with the same friends ... The last time for me there, I am not surprised if the store does not generate any sales. You have to be patient, but I don't wait 10 minutes or more for a simple question to be answered.

Habe mit sehr wohl gefühlt und zu meinem Erstaunen noch ein TOLLES Geschenk erhalten (Valentinstag)!!! Habe mich sehr darüber gefreut und kann die Parfümerie nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bekomme hier alle meine Chanel Produkte und immer wieder neue Proben, sodass ich öfter mal was ausprobieren kann. So habe ich einen tollen neuen Duft für mich entdeckt! I was very well served and advised! The staff were very very friendly!!! I felt very comfortable and to my astonishment I received a GREAT gift (Valentine's Day)!!! I was very happy about it and can only recommend the perfumery. I get all my Chanel products here and always new samples, so I can try something out more often. So I discovered a great new fragrance for myself!
