★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is such a sad thing to see, people with fake accounts all giving 5 stars in order to keep the rating high. The shop is simply a catastrophe or apparently they don't give a tiny rat's *** that there were people INJURED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous was the Flash Sale.
It was a near death experience and nothing was done to keep order during this sale which could have killed some people in the process.
I was told that the security were late to open the "official" gate to the shopping mall.
Just avoid this shop at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was horrible! I've never seen a worse organisation than SCS Xiaomi Store opening in my entire life! What a horrific night!? People, who were waiting at the door since the evening of the day before had to leave at the end in tears. Because Xiaomi was not caring enough to be helpful and create a nice area outside of the mall... Apparently it will take them too much time to get to the level of other companies... Never, ever gonna visit there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xiaomi phones are great. I had an issue with my xiaomi, I sent it on service it took more then 2 months. This was because of their organisation, at the and I got my phone back, and store manager told me that they found traces of water inside. Even though this problems has nothing to do with water but never mind. He promised me a voucher of 20e as compensation for this time that I waited, which I didn't got at the end. He just ignored me. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Xiaomi fanboy - this is my temple! We got all their equipment (and we changed from Apple to Mi!!), phones, watches, toothbrushes, smart home, scooter, ..... you name it. Love the quality and prices. You can't possibly get wrong with any of their products. And this store lets you touch the things, that usually just come from China. The store has to charge a little more than Ali, but they have really good offers. Well worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is fine but too small for such a Big company as Xiaomi. You don't find TVs or Robot vacuum cleaners and such. Only phones, scooters and gadgets from XiaoMi.
