★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was basically very helpful but there was an unacceptable incidence. I bought two computer components (m.2 SATA SSDs) which are basically chips - one was open and had fatty fingerprints all over - NOT acceptable. I immediately returned and replaced it, who knows maybe this chip would have failed after some time. Grease + microchips = recipe for disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s closed. It’s the 31.12. and they close at 13:00. Nothing wrong, but they should tell google about it. Who if not an electronics store informs customers with modern tools. Now I am here and it’s closed, while google maps had said: open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of things, mostly consumer electronics though. Not a large selection of microelectronics, which I expected to see. USB-C simple cable costed 15 Eur, that's overkill, I'll buy on eBay. Light detector 10Eur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting half an hour to TALK to someone. Absolute waste of my time. They have a bunch of employees that are responsible for one thing, so if you are unlucky that THE ONE employee you need is busy, you will stand around forever.
