Habe darauf 1h mit der Serviceline telefoniert um ein Mobile Wlan zu erhalten, 3 wochen wartezeit später habe ich mir dann selbstständig im online shop eins bestellt. Darauf habe ich einen Anruf für einen Installationstermin erhalten um genau das gleiche zu erfahren wie beim 1. Dieser Mitarbeiter hat gemeint er regelt das mit dem Shop so das ich mein Mobile Wlan nur noch abholen muss. Bin dann in den Shop gegangen um mein Mobile Wlan zu holen und habe trzdm. keins erhalten. Der Vertrag den ich vorher online abgeschlossen habe wurde einfach storniert und der Kunde sich selbst überlassen. Ich hoffe ihr kauft mal was bei mir dann lass ich euch auch 2 Monate warten und storniere dann den Vertrag. Schlechtester Kundenservice und Beratung weltweit. Bitte vermeidet Magenta so gut es geht, ihr werdet nur Probleme mit denen haben. At the first installation appointment for my internet, I found out that there was no connection to my apartment. I phoned the Serviceline for 1 hour to get a mobile wifi, 3 weeks later I then ordered one myself in the online shop. Then I received a call for an installation appointment to find out exactly the same thing as with 1. This employee said he is handling the shop so that I only have to pick up my mobile wifi. Then I went to the shop to get my mobile wifi and got trzdm. received none. The contract that I previously concluded online was simply canceled and the customer was left to his own devices. I hope you buy something from me then I'll let you wait 2 months and then cancel the contract. Worst customer service and advice in the world. Please avoid magenta as best you can, you will only have problems with them.

Wir haben uns im Vorfeld sämtliche Tarife angesehen und uns durchgerechnet und wollten dies dann mit einem Magenta-Berater dieser Filiale besprechen. Hätten wir uns nicht im Vorhinein erkundigt, wäre uns der mit Abstand teuerste und schlechteste Tarif regelrecht aufs Auge gedrückt worden! Auch auf mehrmalige Bitte, dass wir nicht einen teureren Vertrag haben möchten, sondern einen billigeren, wurden wir einfach schlichtweg angelogen und man wollte uns für dumm verkaufen! Ich kann von diesem Shop nur abraten! In der Filiale im Sillpark war das alles absolut kein Problem und wir bekamen eine sehr gute und ehrliche Beratung! If we hadn't inquired in advance, the most expensive and worst tariff by far would have been squeezed on our eyes! Even after repeated requests that we don't want a more expensive contract, but a cheaper one, we were simply lied to and they wanted to fool us! I can only advise against this shop! In the branch in Sillpark, none of this was a problem and we received very good and honest advice!

Studenten werden bezahlt, damit sie sagen shop geschlossen, besser mehr geschultes Personal einstellen und servicegeld auch in service investieren. Nach 20 Jahren Treue, jetzt mit Magenta nein danke, Telefonservice lügt nachweislich und geben noch zu dass ich 115 Mbit Leistung im Vertrag habe und zahle und Technik bestätigt, dass Modem auf 75 Mbit geschalten ist und dann vor Ablauf des Vertragsdatums Internet abgeschalten und Email deaktiviert. Einfach nur Frechheit. Kann gar nicht alles hier in Worte fassen, was hier abgeht. Einfach bodenlose Frechheit und Ausnutzung Unwissenheit der Leute. Magenta in general ??? Students are paid to say shop closed, hire more trained staff and invest service money in service. After 20 years of loyalty, now with Magenta no thanks, phone service is demonstrably lying and still admit that I have 115 Mbit power in the contract and pay and technology confirms that the modem is switched to 75 Mbit and then the Internet is switched off and email is deactivated before the contract date expires . Just cheek. Can't put into words everything that's going on here. Just bottomless cheek and taking advantage of people's ignorance.
C	Columbo xp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Magenta Shop im Dez. Ob Fragen zum Vertrag, Softwareinstallstionen oder zur Abrechnung, wird prompt und kundenfreundlich reagiert. Auf Grund des Kundenandrangs kommt es immer wieder zu Wartezeiten, aber dafür bekommt man eine gute und ausführliche Betreuung. Es wird kein Unterschied gemacht ob man einen Vertrag oder eine Wertkarte hat und das war für mich ein wichtiger Punkt als ich 2 Handy - und einen Internetvertrag abgeschlossen habe. Ich würde über alle Vertragsklauseln und Gebühren informiert und bin sehr zufrieden mit den Mitarbeitern im Shop. I am very satisfied with the Magenta Shop in December. Whether questions about the contract, software installation or billing, they respond promptly and in a customer-friendly manner. Due to the rush of customers, there are always waiting times, but you get good and detailed support. It makes no difference whether you have a contract or a prepaid card and that was an important point for me when I signed two cell phones and an internet contract. I would be informed about all contractual clauses and fees and I am very satisfied with the staff in the shop.
