S	Susanne Brauner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei ältere Damen stehen an der Kasse, eine jammert den Kunden vor dass sie schon LÄNGST Mittagspause hätte, die andere kann offensichtlich mit dem Kassasystem nicht umgehen (Geschenkkarte einlösen). Als ich an der Reihe bin, kommt eine Kundin von der Seite und fragt nach Jogginghosen - die Kassiererin lässt mich stehen, ohne ein Wort, und kommt auch nicht wieder. Ihre Kollegin kassiert gnädigerweise noch meine Stücke, erklärt meiner Schwägerin hinter mir aber dass sie jetzt den Platz verlässt ("Ich wäre schon LÄNGST weg! Es hilft leider nichts!") und sie wird schauen ob jemand zum Kassieren kommt. Hinter uns stehen schon 10 Leute und mehr an. Alles egal. Jogginghosen und Pause sind wichtiger. Service auf höchstem Niveau. Two elderly ladies are standing at the cash register, one complains to the customers that they have lunch break LONG, the other obviously can not handle the cash system (gift card redeem). When it's my turn, a customer comes from the side and asks for jogging pants - the cashier leaves me, without a word, and will not come back. Her colleague graciously still grabs my pieces, explains my sister-in-law behind me but that she now leaves the place ("I'm already gone LONG, it does not help!") And she will see if someone comes to the cashier. Behind us are already 10 people and more. Everything does not matter. Jogging pants and break are more important. Service at the highest level.

Nichtmal beschädigte Ware bekommt man ein wenig vergünstigt, sondern kann sich als Kunde vom Personal einen blöden Spruch anhören! Das war der letzte Einkauf im H&M DEZ! Unsympathetic staff. The customers can't help it that the employees don't seem to be in the mood. You don't even get damaged goods at a reduced price, but as a customer you can listen to a stupid saying from the staff! That was the last purchase at H&M DEZ!
