★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was in the shop planning to buy an activity tracker. There were a lot of members of staff standing around in pairs talking to each other. It was the middle of the day and there were not many customers. I asked one member of staff for the item and he pointed me to two other people that I should be talking to " as they are in the right department". When I went to talk to these people they without even asking what my request was pointed me to another pair talking to each other. At this point I gave up and went to Saturn to buy the item. I find it incredible that in this time of internet competition, there is so little motivation to provide customer service. All I wanted was for someone to give me the tracker so that I can pay for it.Will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad experience, we bought a microwave and was supposed to be delivered to our door today. And we only got an email that the microwave was in a delivery point because we weren’t at home. My husband and I work from home, and nobody ring the door or even call. That’s not fair. You can’t promise a home delivery if you are not going to do that.
