Wenn hier manche schreiben, dass die MitarbeiterInnen unfreundlich sind, ist dies eher auf die KundInnen zurückzuführen, die sich teilweise 0 benehmen können, wie ich selbst gesehen habe. Mir tat die Mitarbeiterin sehr leid, sie wurde ohne Grund angefahren aber reagierte wirklich professionell auf die wütende, maskenverweigende Kundin. Vorschrift ist Vorschrift & daran muss man sich einfach halten!
Totally lovely and friendly staff.
If some write here that the employees are unfriendly, this is more due to the customers, who can sometimes behave as I have seen myself. I felt very sorry for the employee, she was run over for no reason, but reacted really professionally to the angry, mask-refusing customer. Regulation is regulation & you just have to stick to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn der Kaffee nicht so gut und einzigartig wäre hätte ich ihn stehen gelassen. Die Verkäuferin hat mich nicht mal angesehen und sich weder bedankt noch verabschiedet. Hab den Kaffee für meinen Freund besorgt da ich selbst noch kein Kunde bin aber das überleg ich mir in diesem Fall lieber.
If the coffee wasn't so good and unique I would have left it. The saleswoman didn't even look at me and neither thanked me nor said goodbye. Got the coffee for my friend because I'm not a customer yet, but I'd better think about it in this case.
