K	Klaus Wechner MSc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ein sehr unzufriedener A1 Kunde. ich habe mich vor zwei Jahren für die Hybritbox von A1 entschieden. Ich hatte den 80 Mbit/s-Vertrag. Vor ca einem Jahr habe ich erfahren, dass ich diese Datenmenge gar nicht empfangen kann. Deshalb habe ich den Vertrag auf 40 Mbit/s geändert. Ich habe auch diese Datenmenge nie erhalten. Der aktuelle Speedtest den ich vor 5 Minuten gemacht habe war 18 Ping 1,4 Mbit Download und 5,8 Upload. Es ist daher verständlich, dass ich mich für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden habe. Ich habe den Vertrag von A1 ordnungsgemäß gekündigt. Doch tritt laut A1 die Kündigung erst im Mai 2021 in Kraft, da ich den Vertrag vor einen Jahr geändert habe. Eigentlich begeht A1 eine Straftat. Laut §148 des STGB liegt ein gewerbsmäßiger Betrug vor. Zum einen wurde mir eine Wahre verkauft, die gar nicht das war, was sie Vorgab und zum einen werde ich nach wie vor zur Kasse gebeten. Ich zahle Monatlich 33,31 Euro für ein Internet das ich mit dieser Mbit-Zahl gar nicht benutzen kann und das bis 2021. Zuerst habe ich versucht Telefonisch das Problem gütlich zu regeln. Doch war von A1 kein entgegenkommen zu erwarten. Daraufhin habe ich versucht A1 anzuzeigen , doch wurde mir erklärt, dass bei einen solch großen Konzernen es keinen Sinn macht. ICH KANN NUR JEDEN, DER DAS LIEST, DAVON ABRATEN KUNDE BEI A1 ZU WERDEN! I am a very dissatisfied A1 customer. I chose the A1 hybrid box two years ago. I had the 80 Mbit / s contract. About a year ago I learned that I cannot receive this amount of data at all. That's why I changed the contract to 40 Mbit / s. I also never received this amount of data. I pay 33.31 euros per month for an Internet that I can not use with this Mbit number and that until 2021. First I tried to settle the problem by phone amicably. But A1 was not expected to accommodate. I then tried to report A1, but was told that it didn't make sense with such a large company. I CAN ONLY ANYONE WHO READ TO DISCOVER IT FROM A1!
