★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Abstand das schlechteste Möbelhaus in der ganzen Region. Abgesehen davon, dass Sie fehlerhafte Produkte verkaufen ist auch noch der Kundensupport extrem mangelhaft. Wir hatten für ein Ersatzteil über 12 Wochen gewartet und wurden nicht einmal regelmässig informiert. Somit liegt alles beim Kunden und er darf nachfragen und den aktuellen Stand zu erfahren. Diese Firma wird keine Zukunft haben und der erste Kunde haben Sie für immer verloren!
 By far the worst furniture store in the whole region. Aside from selling faulty products, customer support is extremely poor. We had waited over 12 weeks for a spare part and were not even informed regularly. So everything is up to the customer and he can ask questions and find out the current status. This company will have no future and you have lost the first customer forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Vorhänge für meine Wohnung bestellt. Es wurde ausgemessen und die Lieferzeit war Corona-bedingt auch in Ordnung. Wir wurden von Frau Fitz sehr gut beraten und sie kam auch mit 2 Herren und montierten die Vorhangschienen und Frau Fitz hängte die Vorhänge auch selbst auf. Die Verpackungen wurden mitgenommen und überhaupt kein Schmutz gemacht, bzw. dieser sofort entfernt. Ich kann Frau Fitz und ihr Team nur sehr empfehlen
Ordered curtains for my apartment. It was measured and the delivery time was okay due to Corona. Mrs. Fitz gave us very good advice and she also came with 2 gentlemen and installed the curtain rails and Mrs. Fitz also hung the curtains herself. The packaging was taken and no dirt was made at all, or it was removed immediately. I can only highly recommend Ms. Fitz and her team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möbel bestellt, extra Telefonnummer angegeben, damit ich verständigt werde, wenn sie da sind. Auf eigene Nachfrage, als die Möbel schon lange da sein hätten sollen, erfahre ich erstmal, dass während des Lockdowns einfach keine Benachrichtigungen stattfanden, obwohl Abholung ja möglich war. Abholung hat ewig gedauert, unglaublich lange Wartezeit ohne ersichtlichen Grund. Dann weiter: Möbel ausgepackt, direkt zwei Flecken drauf. Hab den Kundenservice gefragt, ob da eine Kaufpreisreduktion möglich ist (Neubestellung will ich nicht, habe nie danach gefragt) - einzige Reaktion: Sie bestellen die Möbel UNGEFRAGT! neu. Was ist bitte mit eurem Kundenservice los?!
Furniture ordered, extra telephone number given so that I can be notified when they are there. On my own request, when the furniture should have been there a long time, I first find out that there were simply no notifications during the lockdown, even though collection was possible. Pick up took forever, incredibly long wait for no apparent reason. Then on: furniture unpacked, two spots on it. I asked the customer service if a purchase price reduction was possible (I don't want to reorder, I never asked for it) - only reaction: You order the furniture UNBASED! New. What's wrong with your customer service ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal! Ältere Dame an der Kasse schnauzte meinen 2 1/2 Jährigen Sohn an er soll still sein an der Kasse. Ich glaube die Dame hat ihren Beruf verfehlt und gehört eher ins Altersheim! Ich habe meinen Einkauf stehen gelassen und bin gegangen! So etwas ist eine Frechheit! Diese Filiale werde ich nicht mehr betreten!
Very unfriendly staff! Older lady at checkout snapped at my 2 1/2 year old son to shut up at checkout. I think the lady missed her job and belongs more in a retirement home! I left my shopping and left! Something like that is cheeky! I will never go to this branch again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad. Sales people don't seem interested and don't even know about options which are available on their own website. The prices are significantly higher as they are at nearby furniture stores e.g. in Germany (for exactly the same pieces, different taxes taken into account).
