Daher hat sich es ein bisschen hinausgezögert bis die Küche komplett war. Very happy with our new kitchen. Fast planning appointment, fast delivery. The only disadvantage: some parts were not in stock immediately. So it took a while until the kitchen was complete.

Ein großes Lob gebührt unserem Küchenplaner Philipp der völlig unkompliziert unsere Wünsche auf anhieb erfüllt hat und von Beginn an unseren Geschmack getroffen hat. Alle Änderungswünsche wurden umgehend und rasch umgesetzte. Die gesamte Planung haben wir ganz entspannt übers Telefon erledigt. Die räumliche Distanz der unterschiedlichen Bundesländer war für das professionelle Team absolut kein Problem und wir hatten ein durchwegs gutes Gefühl bei der Umsetzung. Für die Maßabnahme wurde ein externer Dienstleister bestellt, der mithilfe von einem Laser, das Naturmaß in den Plan integriert hat. Die Lieferung erfolgte rasch und wie wir es gewohnt waren sehr unkompliziert. Bis auf die Mikrowelle (welche absolut nicht essentiell Notwendig ist) wurde alles pünktlich zum Montagetermin geliefert. Alle Termine wurden nach unseren Wünschen abgestimmt. Das Montageteam aus Oberösterreich hat die Küche im null Komma nichts montiert und schon können wir uns ans einräumen machen. Durch das geniale Laden und Stauraum Konzept von Ikea kann man alle Laden und Schränke perfekt organisieren. Kurz und Knapp können wir das IKEA Planungsstudio Dornbirn weit über die Bundesländergrenzen hinaus empfehlen. Vom Geschäftsführer bis hin zu jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter mit dem wir in Kontakt waren, sind alle sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Ihr seit ein tolles Team. Ein großes Dankeschön für unsere Traumküche :) We had our kitchen planned and implemented by the IKEA Dornbirn planning studio. Right from the start we felt we were in good hands. A big praise goes to our kitchen planner Philipp, who fulfilled our wishes right away in a completely uncomplicated way and met our taste from the beginning. All change requests were implemented immediately and quickly. We did all the planning in a relaxed manner over the phone. The physical distance between the different federal states was absolutely no problem for the professional team and we had a consistently good feeling during the implementation. An external service provider was hired to take the measurements, who integrated the natural dimensions into the plan with the help of a laser. The delivery was quick and, as usual, very uncomplicated. Except for the microwave (which is absolutely not essential) everything was delivered on time for the assembly date. All appointments were coordinated according to our wishes. The assembly team from Upper Austria assembled the kitchen in no time at all and we can get to work. With the ingenious drawer and storage concept from Ikea, you can organize all drawers and cupboards perfectly. In a nutshell, we can recommend the IKEA Dornbirn planning studio far beyond the borders of the federal states. From the General Manager to every single employee we have been in contact with, everyone is very professional and courteous. You are a great team. A big thank you for our dream kitchen :)
