★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich frage mich wie diese Kanzlei eigentlich existieren kann ?? Faul und Inkompetenz von feinsten .. keine Rückrufe bei Telefonaten.. Die Verantwortung wird von einem Mitarbeiter zum nächsten geschoben.. am ende des Tages ist keiner verantwortlich... wir hatten einen Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, hat keinen interessiert!
I wonder how this law firm can actually exist? Lazy and incompetence at its finest .. no callbacks on the phone .. responsibility is shifted from one employee to the next .. at the end of the day no one is responsible ... we had water damage in the apartment, nobody was interested!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich mit dieser Kanzlei keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. In der Wohnung gab es ein massives Geruchsproblem und obwohl ein Gutachten einer Spezialfirma vorlag, wollte man nichts unternehmen. Ich musste meine Kleidung in Plastiksäcke verpacken, damit sie den Geruch nicht annahmen. Von der Wohung darüber trat auch noch Wasser durch die Baddecke, der Sichtschaden wurde aber nie behoben. Nach 1,5 Jahren wurde es unerträglich, ich musste vorzeitig ausziehen. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin hatte keine Hemmungen ausfallend zu werden. Und letztlich weigerte sich man monatelang sie kaution zurückzuzahlen; erst die Intervention der Polizei (die dafür eigentlich nicht zuständig ist) und die Androhung einer Klage führten zur Rückzahlung der Kaution.
Alles in allem blieb ein sehr schlechter Eindruck zurück und ich muss leider sagen: Hände weg von dieser Kanzlei.
Unfortunately, I haven't had any good experiences with this law firm. There was a massive odor problem in the apartment and although there was an expert opinion from a specialist company, they did not want to do anything. I had to put my clothes in plastic bags so they wouldn't take on the smell. From the apartment above water also came through the bathroom ceiling, but the visual damage was never repaired. After 1.5 years it became unbearable and I had to move out prematurely. The employee in charge had no hesitation in becoming abusive. And ultimately they refused to repay the bail for months; Only the intervention of the police (which is actually not responsible for this) and the threat of legal action led to the repayment of the deposit.
All in all, a very bad impression was left and I have to say, unfortunately, hands off this law firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja lustig. Da müssen schon die Mitarbeiter die 5 Sterne Bewertungen abgeben, weil offensichtlich niemand mit der Firma zufrieden ist! Herr Pitsch ist Mitarbeiter der Firma und Herr Oberreiter ist ehemaliger Geschäftsführer der Kanzlei Silber . Wenn es keinen Stern gäbe, wäre es auch noch zu viel.
Yes funny. The employees have to give the 5 star ratings because obviously nobody is satisfied with the company! Mr. Pitsch is an employee of the company and Mr. Oberreiter is a former managing director of the law firm Silber. If there were no star, it would be too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Kanzlei ist nur so gut, wie Ihre besten Mitarbeiter und an diesen fehlt es leider. Lieber 10 E-Mail's schreiben anstatt Nägel mit Köpfen machen. Die guten gehen weg und was nachkommt sieht man ja.

A law firm is only as good as its best employees, and unfortunately they are lacking. It's better to write 10 emails instead of nailing it down. The good ones go away and you can see what comes after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe sehr selten eine Bewertung, aber hierzu muss ich nun doch Wort ergreifen. Ständig wird man von Mitarbeiter zu Mitarbeiter verbunden und keiner ist anscheinend verantwortlich. Danach wird entweder einfach aufgelegt oder gesagt das man in "10-Minuten" angerufen wird. Ich habe gestern mindestens 6 Mal angerufen und man hat entweder aufgelegt oder es hat niemanden interessiert. Meiner Meinung nach ist das für eine Kanzlei/Hausverwaltung sehr unprofessionell. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn man sich diese konstruktive Kritik zu Herzen nehmen würde.
I very rarely write a review, but I have to take my word for it. You are constantly connected from employee to employee and nobody is apparently responsible. Then either just hang up or say that you will be called in "10 minutes". I called at least 6 times yesterday and they either hung up or nobody was interested. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional for a law firm / property management company. It would be nice to take this constructive criticism to heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in my house for five years. I've never really had much of an issue because i never really needed anything. When you need something though, don't expect it. Never encountered such a lazy, useless company. They're only contactable for a couple of hours each day and you will never get anything you need without asking 3 or 4 times. It's a complete joke to be honest.
