Das Modell wussten wir im Vorfeld bereits auf Grund von früheren Erfahrungen. Im Gespräch mit dem fachkundigen Personal kam raus, dass das Modell nicht verfügbar ist (1-2 Monate Lieferzeit - auch online) und es wurde eine Alternative vorgeschlagen die vorrätig war. Ergebnis: top zufrieden den Laden mit neuen Stiefeln verlassen ?? So soll Service sein! ? Very friendly staff and great service! As part of our hiking vacation, we stopped there briefly to look for a new pair of hiking boots. We already knew the model in advance based on previous experience. In conversation with the competent staff it came out that the model is not available (1-2 months delivery time - also online) and an alternative was suggested that was in stock. Result: leaving the shop completely satisfied with new boots ?? This is how service should be! ?

Wir waren im Camping-Outfit unterwegs und haben deshalb nicht wirklich zur Zielkundschaft gepasst, dementsprechend unwohl haben wir uns gefühlt als wir realisiert hatten dass das anscheinend kein reines Schuhgeschäft ist. Aber die Bedienung hat uns sofort herzlich empfangen und uns super beraten. What I really want to highlight here is the outstanding service. We were out in camping outfits and therefore didn't really fit in with the target clientele, so we felt uncomfortable when we realized that this is apparently not just a shoe store. But the waitress gave us a warm welcome immediately and gave us great advice.

E. was so incredibly helpful and nice to exchange it for me that I had to comment on how excellent her customer service was! the shipping process was great too! This store is gorgeous and is also in a great location. I hope to come back to purchase more from them some day.

From start to finish I was treated so kindly and was even given a plaster in no time when a previous wound opened during my time there. Very pricey I must say but I know they will last forever, especially with the sports wax I also have from the store. Entirely leather boots inside and out and as I said epic customer service. The authentic clothes are also stunning and clearly handmade. Totally recommend!
