★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish venue. Not directly in the busy old town but still very central in the heart of Salzburg.
They got tasty cocktails and attentive/friendly people working there. The price is alright for location and service. Try it out and have a Negroni (like me in the pic).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only the Mojito is not a Mojito ... the whole place seems pretty much fake if you pay attention .... most members of the staff seem to be recruited amongst the special crowd that "lives" in this bar – from 2020 on until NOW 90% local, drunk men and women in their 20s and 30s, spending their parents' money in order to get drunk and more drunk ... millenials unemployed/unemployable but wealthy, not productive but drinking beer and/or white wine from breakfast on until 00:00 ... sad to see Salzburg left to the local crowd ... the atmosphere in the inner city is definitely soaked in alcohol day and night, and Darwin's is a prototype for "the new Salzburg"
