Ich vergebe an diese Firma eigentlich KEINEN EINZIGEN STERN und rate nur jedem, es sich genau zu überlegen, einen Vertrag einzugehen! My experience with this "company" is a bad one: Excessive prices, bad service, very high security and return the apartment must be quasi in the "original condition", although it is not a "private landlord" is. I actually do not give this company a single star and only advise everyone to think carefully about entering into a contract!

Kann das gesamte Team und Herrn Göller nur absolut weiterempfehlen! ... Mr. Göller had me in his customer file and proactively reported when my dream property became vacant at short notice. Top professional handling and super flexible handover with previous tenant! The square meter price of the property is very attractive for the level of equipment offered. I can only absolutely recommend the entire team and Mr. Göller!

They own all their own buildings, so if you are renting, there is no broker's fee. Certainly a very big positive for me. Each place they showed me was exactly what I was looking for, and thankfully I found my forever home (or home for right now!). Being an expat, I had endless questions throughout the process, and Marc from the company was so kind and gracious to answer each one patiently, thoroughly, and always with a smile on his face. The process to apply and get accepted ended up being easier and quicker than I expected. There was very little I had to do - Marc took care of everything for me. During the 'handover' (aka getting the apartment), Marc told me they take care of setting up the account for our heating/electricity/water and he even completed the city registration form for me. I couldn't have had a better experience with this company. I received the complete white glove service every step of the way, and for that, I am so grateful. A+ my book!
