Sogar nochmals Rücksprache mit der Servicehotline hat sich Frau Holzapfel erkundigt ob das Modem eh alles erfüllt was ich gewünscht habe. Einfach nur Top so soll Service sein!!!! Großes LOB komme gerne wieder, wenn es ein Problem geben sollte. Vielen Dank Very friendly and competent staff in the shop. Top advice and quick exchange of my modem. Even again consultation with the service hotline has Mrs. Holzapfel asks if the modem meets everything anyway what I wanted. Just top so should service his!!!! Great LOB would like to come back if it is Problem should be. Many thanks
A	AutumnSnakeY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind umgezogen und da geiert der "nette" Mitarbeiter schon herum und versucht Leute abzuwerben von bestehenden Internet Anbieter, sehr unfreundlich rechnet die "Angebote" falsch aus, habe viele bekannte bei Kabel Plus und die sind zu 80% unzufrieden mit dem Internet sind. Da wir uns jetzt für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden haben, und seeeehr zufrieden sind mit dem besseren Anbieter, kommt der "nette" Mitarbeiter anläuten und will einem wieder umstimmen, mit sehr unfreundlichen Worten, sind wir ja die einzigen die nicht bei Kabel Plus sind, und was schlechteres besitzen (wenn er meint, kann ich nicht unterschreiben) dabei sind alle in unserer stiege nicht bei Kabel Plus., viel zu überteuert und die mb/s kommen einfach nicht durch., Nicht zum weiterempfehlen!!! M	Manuel Helm-Rank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon mehrere Jahre bei Kabel Plus und ich muss sagen das das I-Net eine konstante Bandbreite und ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hat. Es gibt nur sehr selten Störungen und wenn dann doch mal was ist, ist es schnell behoben! Danke schön und weiter so! I have been with Kabel Plus for several years and I have to say that the I-Net has a constant bandwidth and a good price-performance ratio. There are only very few malfunctions and if something does happen, it is quickly resolved! Thank you and keep it up!
f	friedi85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu kleines Büro sehr schwer zu finden, Preise nicht sehr günstig und Personal zu wenig! Service als Kunde ausreichend, aber auch nicht kostenlos. Too small an office very difficult to find, prices not very cheap and too few staff! Service as a customer is sufficient, but not free either.

В офисе заявили что подключение будет в течении 12 дней, через неделю позвонила фирма установщик и предложила дату на месяц позже. После звонка в службу поддержки, меня попросили подождать один день, чтобы они могли мне помочь с более ранним подключением. Прошла неделя, я ждал, позвонил ещё раз, мне сказали ждите ещё. Через два дня позвонила ещё раз фирма установщик и предложила ещё более позднюю дату чем в первый раз. Позвонив в службу поддержки я пообщался с девушкой, которая сказала мне дословно. Ваш контракт ещё не активный, или берите дату которую предлагают или мы его вообще удалим. Получается я как клиент не имею никаких прав. Если я при подключённом интернете захочу удалить контракт, мне пришлют счёт минимум за 1 год. А если договорённости данные мне не соблюдаются, то мне и и сделать ничего нельзя. Это хорошее отношение к клиентам? Фирмы с таим сервисом вообще к современному бизнесу не имеют отношение. Я надеюсь что руководство компании увидит отзыв, и изменит хоть что-то!!!!, This is the worst customer service ever !!! A	A. G-89 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3Monate Probefrist ... wurden zunächst automatisch in einen Vertrag umgewandelt! Allerdings wurde nach Urgenz (leider erst bei der dritten) ein Kompromiß abgeboten! Warum nicht gleich! Daher nun 4 Sterne ... nach zunächst 1. 3-month trial period ... was initially automatically converted into a contract! However, after Urgenz (unfortunately only at the third) a compromise was offered! Why not now! Therefore now 4 stars ... after initially 1.
