Vor Ort bekommt man am Freitag Nachmittag mitgeteilt, dass die EVN-Mitarbeiter schon im Wochenende sind und man am Montag wiederkommen kann. According to opening hours on the site Fridays until 17:00 and Saturdays open. On the spot you will be informed on Friday afternoon that the EVN employees are already in the weekend and you can come back on Monday.
P	Paul privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die EVN ist EXTREM teuer. Für den gleichen Strom bei einem alternativen Anbieter zahlt man deutlich weniger. Der Strom von anderen ist nicht schlechter, wechselt den Anbieter, verlasst die sündhaft teure EVN und wechselt zu einem Konkurrenten!!! Schade nur, dass man weiterhin gezwungen ist das Netz der EVN zu nutzen, hoffentlich ist es auch damit eines Tages vorbei. The EVN is EXTREMELY expensive. For the same power at an alternative provider you pay much less. The stream of others is not worse, changes the provider, leaves the outrageously expensive EVN and switches to a competitor !!! It's just a pity that you continue to be forced to use EVN's network, so hopefully it will be over one day.

Beim Anruf im EVN - Kundencenter wurde ich sofort ganz freundlich und kompetent von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin über weitere Schritte aufgeklärt und mein Fehler eigentlich in Sekunden beseitigt. When I called the EVN customer center, I was immediately informed in a very friendly and competent manner by a very nice employee about further steps and my error was actually eliminated in seconds.
