Obwohl ich von der Hotline an eine Filiale verwiesen wurde, wurde ich von der Filiale ohne weitere Informationen verabschiedet. Not very helpful the allegedly 7 year old employee. Filiale leer und zwei Mitarbeiter untätig: trotzdem musste meine Freundin draußen in der Kälte warten, wegen der Coronaverordnung. Wir wollten das Produkt zusammen aussuchen, woraufhin es hieß "Sie können es mir Ihrer Freundin dann draußen absprechen". Mittendrin abgebrochen und nichts wie raus. In diesem Shop wird der Kunde unhöflich, asozial und unfreundlich angegangen. Lieber lasse ich mein Geld bei einem kompetenten Anbieter mit richtigem Service. Bei 3 ist das leider ein Fremdwort.
