Oliver (Mitarbeiter) war ausgesprochen nett locker witzig und hat alle unsere Anliegen in kürzester Zeit kompetent mit uns abgearbeitet. Wir haben bereits in anderen drei Shops eher magere Erfahrungen gemacht (st.polten und Wien) aber hier in Tulln haben wir bisher wirklich die beste Erfahrung gemacht . Oliver nahm sich Zeit und kam uns nicht mit "das müssen sie selbst in der Kunde Zone online machen" das ich schon mehrfach gehört habe sondern erledigte alles für uns ! Einfach top! Danke ! Really very good three shop! Oliver (employee) was extremely nice, relaxed and funny and dealt with all of our concerns competently with us in the shortest possible time. We have already had rather poor experiences in the other three shops (St. Polten and Vienna) but here in Tulln we have really had the best experience so far. Oliver took his time and didn't tell us "you have to do it yourself in the customer zone online" that I have heard several times, but did everything for us! Simply great! Thanks !
M	Manuel Grill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unfreundlich, der Mitarbeiter vor Ort am 20.02.2021 scheint sehr arbeitsunwillig und nicht an Freundlichkeit gegenüber Kunden interessiert zu sein - Kommunikation bzw. kompetente Bedienung scheinen hier nicht an erster Stelle zu stehen. Man wird in Zukunft zumindest diesen 3-Shop meiden bzw. evtl. auf einen anderen Anbieter umsteigen aufgrund schlechter Beratung, man muss dem Mitarbeiter wohl alle Informationen praktisch aus der Nase ziehen. Wenn man sich nicht selbst schon vorab informiert hat bzw. sich ein bisschen auskennt, bekommt man hier nicht das für einen beste und erwünschte Ergebnis... Man hat aber ohnehin schon vermehrt von der Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in diesem 3-Shop gehört. Unfortunately, very unfriendly, the on-site employee on February 20th, 2021 seems very reluctant to work and not interested in friendliness towards customers - communication and competent service do not seem to be the top priority here. In the future, you will at least avoid this 3-shop or possibly switch to another provider due to poor advice, you have to pull all information practically out of the employee's nose. If you have not already informed yourself in advance or if you know a little bit, you will not get the best and desired result here ... But you have already heard more of the unfriendliness of the employees in this 3-Shop.

Man kann sehr wohl einen SpezialBonus auch auf die SIM Only Tarife verwenden! Anstatt also meine Sprachfehler verbessern zu wollen, solltest du besser an deinem (un)Wissen arbeiten, Kollege! P.S es war heute das zweite Mal schon, dass ich so von ihm ‚betreut‘ wurde! Ihr solltet euch mal überlegen, was für Mitarbeiter ihr anstellt! Der Kollege da wärmt nur den Sessel auf! Arrogant and ignorant employee! Friendliness and customer orientation are obviously foreign words to him! In addition, he gives me wrong information! You can very well use a special bonus on the SIM only tariffs! So instead of wanting to improve my speech defects, you'd better work on your (un) knowledge, colleague! P.S It was the second time today that I was 'looked after' by him in this way! You should think about what kind of employees you hire! The colleague there is just warming up the armchair!

Das Problem ließ sich nur schlecht telefonisch lösen und wir mussten in ein Shop. Wir wurden vom Hr. Oliver bedient. Super freundlich, schnell, lösungsorientiert und sogar humorvoll. Super! Sind erleichtert und gut drauf wieder nach hause.Beim nächsten Besuch wünsche ich mir ihn wieder im Shop. My daughter and I had a big problem swapping our SIM cards for a new cell phone on Saturday. The problem was difficult to solve over the phone and we had to go to a shop. We were greeted by Mr. Oliver served. Super friendly, fast, solution-oriented and even humorous. Excellent! Are relieved and in a good mood back home. Next time I visit, I wish it would be in the shop again.
