★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde versprochen einen Techniker zu schicken, gegen Bezahlung nach 2 Wochen hat sich noch immer niemand gemeldet. Jetzt kann ich gut und gerne verzichten. Habe mir meinen Geschirrspüler in einem Großmarkt mit kompetenten Personal gekauft.
I was promised to send a technician, after 2 weeks for a fee still no one has answered. Now I can do without. I bought my dishwasher in a wholesale store with competent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern auf der Eröffnungsfeier vom Elektro- & Teletechnikhandel Gottwald und war sehr begeistert. Ich denke klein aber fein trifft es am Besten. Die angebotenen Produkte wirken klug ausgewählt und wenn doch etwas anderes benötigt wird, dann bekommt man alles auf Bestellung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter. Die machten auf mich einen kompetenten Eindruck und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie ihren Job echt gerne ausüben. Preislich konnte der Shop mit den Eröffnungsangeboten mit diversen Onlineshops wie amazon und mediamarkt mithalten. Wie die Preisthematik langfristig aussieht wird die Zeit zeigen. Ich persönlich find es super, dass die Region gestärkt und Arbeitsplätze geschaffen werden und bin davon überzeugt, dass wenn die Preise weiterhin passen ich auch in Zukunft bei Gottwald den ein oder anderen Artikel kaufen werde. Alles in allem Tip Top Service und guter Kaffee.
Yesterday I was at the opening ceremony of the Gottwald electrical and telecommunications retailer and was very enthusiastic. I think small but good is the best. The products on offer seem cleverly selected and if something else is needed, everything is made to order. The employees deserve special mention. They made a competent impression on me and I had the feeling that they really enjoy doing their job. In terms of price, the shop was able to keep up with the opening offers with various online shops such as amazon and mediamarkt. Time will tell what the pricing issue looks like in the long term. Personally, I think it's great that the region is being strengthened and jobs are being created and I am convinced that if the prices continue to match, I will continue to buy one or two items from Gottwald in the future. All in all, great service and good coffee.
