Mit der Hotline braucht man gar nicht erst anfangen, habe bereits mehrmals angerufen und noch nie jemanden ans Telefon bekommen, es läutet Minuten lang bis man aus der Schleife geworfen wird! Suburb very unfriendly and not helpful, it comes across as if there is no work ethic! Bored and annoyed when you have several questions. No need to start with the hotline, have called several times and never gotten anyone on the phone, it rings for minutes before throwing you out of the loop!

Nach 10 Minuten klopfte ich dann mal! Eine am Essen der ander bohrt in der Nase!! Was soll das ! Danach keine Kunden orientiertes Gespräch keine hilfeleistung ! Nach mehrmaligen auffordern der Geräte Registrierung bzw. Weiterleiten der s/n Nr. An die richtige Stelle erfolgte dieses natürlich auch nicht! Das kann es wirklich nicht sein, sich so ein verhalten bieten zu lassen! The terrible shop ever! No staff in the sales room, the two who should actually be present >>> are in the next room (door closed)! After 10 minutes I knocked! One eating, the other picking his nose!! What shoud that !
