★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette verkäufern kein ding. Nur wenn man 30 min wartet um dran zu kommen und fahrrad zu kaufen aber plötzlich andere die gerade gekommen sind werden vor mir beraten leider bis ich gewartet habe habe mich anders entschieden und wollte doch nicht ein teuren fahrrad kaufen ?
 Very nice sellers no thing. Only if you wait 30 minutes to get your turn and buy a bike but suddenly others who have just come are advised before me unfortunately until I waited I decided differently and didn't want to buy an expensive bike after all ?

Update zu meiner letzten Bewertung!
Nochmals sehr grosses Lob an den jungen Herrn vom Verkaufsteam. Beratung, Engagement und Freundlichkeit sind sehr, sehr lobenswert. Preise und Auswahl sind mehr als nur zufriedenstellend. Leider war der Schuh in meiner Größe nicht lagernd. Komme trotzdem gerne wieder.

Again, big compliments to the young gentleman from the sales team. Advice, commitment and friendliness are very, very praiseworthy. Prices and selection are more than satisfactory. Unfortunately, the shoe was not in stock in my size. I'd love to come back anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store to visit if you need sport related items to buy. Normal size choice from many different sport departments. Their dissadvantage is the price since almost evrything is overpriced and in higher price category. Would be nice to see more diverse items, since almost evry store nearby stocks almost the same items.
Stuff is friendly and always there to help a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a ski vest and when we got home we realized it did not fit well and took it back the next morning. Well they suddenly tell us they do not take returns for refund just for store credit. Uh??? Then when my husband was helped by a different sales person she said she could get him the refund and then did. We appreciate her help but there should be a policy not whether or not a customer is lucky enough to find the right assistant. This was so totally unprofessional. We like to support retail but next time we will shop online and skip the drama and get easy returns.
