T	Tamara E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG! Ich würde mir dort nicht noch einmal meine Stärke ausmessen lassen. Der Unterschied zu Pearl und meinem Augenarzt waren 0,5 Dioptrien! Noch dazu habe ich die Gläser schon einmal tauschen lassen, die Stärke wurde mir bei Pearl somit 2 mal falsch gemessen. Am Besten einfach mit der Auswertung des Augenarztes hingehen, da es trotzdem ab und zu halbwegs günstige Aktionen gibt. Oder besser: Einen qualifizierteren Optiker wählen! DANGER! I wouldn't have my strength measured there again. The difference to Pearl and my ophthalmologist was 0.5 diopters! I also had the glasses exchanged once, so the strength was measured incorrectly twice with Pearl. It is best to just go there with the evaluation of the ophthalmologist, as there are still halfway cheap promotions from time to time. Or better: choose a more qualified optician!

Im Verlauf des Gesprächs hatte ich nicht das Gefühl von einer kompetenten Dame beraten zu werde sie wusste keine Preise nichts einfach. In the course of the conversation I didn't have the feeling that I was being advised by a competent lady, she didn't know any prices, nothing simply.

Es lag an der Dame und ihren Verkaufs/Beratungsqualitäten, dass ich mich schlussendlich für einen Brillenkauf bei Pearle und nicht etwa bei einem der anderen Konkurrenzkonzernen entschieden habe. Ich wurde nicht nur kompetent und ehrlich beraten, sondern was am wichtigsten ist, es wurde stets auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Das habe ich auch so meiner Familie und meinen Freunden weitererzählt, weshalb wenig später auch mein Vater, meine Mutter, mein Bruder und mein Onkel bei Pearle (Plus City) eine Brille kauften. Alle samt sind wir 100% glücklich und empfehlen den Shop weiter. Ein riesen Lob an Frau Haslinger - Top Verkäuferin!!!! I bought two pairs of glasses and sunglasses at Pearle's Plus City. Ich habe eine Peroxid Lösung für meine Kontaktlinsen zur Aufbewahrung erhalten. An sich ist das auch kein Problem. Doch leider wurde ich trotz meiner Nachfrage- ob es sich um eine Lösung handelt, welche über mehrere Stunden neutralisiert werden müsse- nicht sachgerecht aufgeklärt. Gottseidank kenne ich solche Lösungen und es ging nichts ins Auge. Unfortunately, I had / have the impression that certain employees have a little bit of specialist knowledge. I received a peroxide solution for my contact lenses to keep. In itself that's not a problem either. Unfortunately, despite my request, I was not properly informed whether it was a solution that had to be neutralized over several hours. Thank God I know such solutions and nothing went wrong.

Die Pearle-Mitarbeiterin in der Plus-City hat sich für die Beratung alle Zeit genommen, die ich brauchte, um meine Entscheidung zu treffen, und sie hat mich schlussendlich durch ihre Fachkompetenz und ihre freundliche Bedienung überzeugt. Ich bin mit meiner neuen Gleitsichtbrille vollauf zufrieden und ich denke, ich werde Pearle treu bleiben. What a beneficial difference to my previous optician! The Pearle employee in Plus-City took all the time I needed to make my decision for the advice, and she ultimately won me over with her expertise and friendly service. I am completely satisfied with my new varifocals and I think I will remain loyal to Pearle.

I have with Mr. Asik got new glasses with top service from start to finish! Glasses were ready 1 week before estimated delivery date!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, da er sich Zeit nahm und intensiv mit den Wünschen und Anliegen meiner Mutter beschäftigte und auf diese einging. Beratung und Umgang top. Wir kommen wieder!
