★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Außer Spesen nichts gewesen! Reparatur und Service wurden nicht nach Absprache erledigt, leider bin ich erst selbst einige Wochen später darauf gekommen! Mir hätte jedoch schon am ersten Tage dort bewusst werden müssen, dass die Vorgehensweise nicht normal ist. Tritte bzw. Gewalt gegen die vorderen Zahnkränze weil ich gesagt habe, das von der Kurbel ein Geräusch käme!? Jedoch die Fahrräder Wäsche wäre gratis gewesen! Klar, hier braucht man nur einen Knopf zu drücken!!!
Nothing except expenses! Repair and service were not done by arrangement, unfortunately I only came up with it a few weeks later! However, I should have realized on the first day there that the procedure is not normal. Kicks or violence against the front sprockets because I said that there was a noise from the crank !? However, washing the bikes would have been free! Sure, you only need to press a button here!

Ergänzung: zweimal Probleme ( einen Patschen und einmal Bremsbeläge kaputt.
Fazit: Schnelle freundliche Reparatur + Beratung , vielen vielen Dank.
