★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung sehr unfreundlich, man wird auf die Hotline verwiesen und generell hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass man willkommen ist oder auf die Probleme eingegangen werden möchte.
Auch war der Berater sehr unfreundlich und auf eine Art und Weise arrogant.
Früher war ich sehr zufrieden mit drei aber dieser Service wird immer schlechter.
Traurig aber wahr
 The advice is very unfriendly, you are referred to the hotline and in general you don't have the feeling that you are welcome or that you want to deal with the problems.
Also the consultant was very rude and in a way arrogant.
I used to be very happy with three but this service is getting worse and worse.
Sad but true

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate this store ..... I have buy a screen glassprotector for Huawei p20 pro .. . 30 euro ??????very expensive ... ... Very cheap quality .. My touch is not working good with this glass ...you must clean the glass after every use because all the fingerprints remains on the glass .. . Plus the man who put the glass did not attach it good and it's unglued the glass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the Plus City shop... Good environment but the service there is the worst!!!! They couldn't care less about the customers and although you give money's it was as if they don't want it!!!!! Disappointing communication, terrible services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today, i stayed on a queue with number 348 (~18.30 i got my ticket number). i have wait for like 10-12 minutes and my number was not even called ! the display board was off and i asked a lady why my number was not called, she did not give me answer but she just said that she could not give me any service. fyi she was with a customer 350!? I was standing there the whole time, did not get any service, my number was ignored and this is how you treat your customer ? unprofessional.
suggestion: if you want to stop receive a customer just block the ticket machine and dont turn off the display. this is a typical lazy, unwilling to work and indolent people or management.
