★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäufer bemühen sich um einen sehr. Nur man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen, weil bei mehr Kundschaft doch etwas zu wenig Personal vorhanden ist. Auch das Telefon Service gehört verbessert. Die Wartezeit ist einfach zu lange und wenn man dann endlich dran ist kann's passieren bei der Weitervermittlung an den Fachmann das niemand mehr abhebt. Dann heißt es wieder zurück an den Start.
 The sellers are trying very hard. Only you have to bring some time, because with more customers there is not enough staff available. Also the phone service is improved. The waiting time is just too long and when it's finally time for it can happen in the relaying to the expert that no one takes off. Then it's back to the start.
