I had a problem with the conformation of the order. There was some error at the end of the order process (I believe it was an issue with my bank’s process of confirming internet purchases), but the Sportgigant team acted quickly and efficiently.
The team also promptly answered all my enquiries regarding the order.
So all in all, 5 stars for SG :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a sleeping mat + some other camping accessories. Since the pegs were not available at the moment, they shipped right away all the other items so that I could go in the mountains straight away.
When the pegs were shipped, I received the wrong ones and they responded to my email in 2 hours saying me they were sending me the correct item and that I was free to keep the wrong one.
Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a Thule Sport 2 Bike trailer. The delivery took 2 weeks, even if it was stated 2- 5 days and the good was available. The Package came a little bit damaged and Bike Trailer inside also had some scratches. We contacted the customer service and without if and when they replaced the damaged pieces very quickly. The idea with Bonus points is also wonderful, already used them for the second purchase and everything worked fine. The goods came the second time after 3 days in Germany.
